How long time it takes to register a domain and to start with a domain?
Usually my domains have taken about 24 hours roughly
usually as soon as you pay.
Where I can get Domain for cheap prices?
Ah it's long time since i regged something now. Last time i found a great indian registrar, only $4.75/year for .net.com.org
Just too bad i forgot their name. But you should easily find a $5.00-$6.00 in this oversupplied domain market.

Sorry i just figured my memory isn't as clear as it once used to... But clear enough to remember that registrars name... www.directi.com what i forgot was that it costs $1,74 more ($6,49)

Yes go for cheap, that's always a sign of reliable service 
Oh well, if you're not willing to spend a bit more and get the domain from a reliable place like NameCheap and then you go and get too cheap hosting which combined result to something going wrong....
each of their own I guess, just be warned, cheap is cheap for some reason!

Those guys are the best..
I have 15 or so domains w/ them...
They have live chat support if you need some assistance. I have called them up on the phone and didn't have to wait long at all.
The cost is $9.99 a year.. but if you sign up for an account.. they will send you monthly sales where you can get a domain for a buck or 2 cheaper.

I did register one with this new one...3.99...yes....for a dot.com LOL>..
only one per week and they dont do renewals "yet"...but they were really ok..
