Why were you deleted? For inactivity? unsure.gif

Welcome to the club!

Do I recall some comments from you when I went on my little tirade about being deleted?

So did you find out why you were deleted?

Q

I think they find reasons so they don't have to pay.
Texasme
Sorry you were deleted. But just look on it as a blessing, Now you dont have to worry about about not getting paid. Join some good site and forget about ayes. Not worth worrying over.
CTaylor
Did you bother going to the AYS forum to find out why? If I were deleted for "no reason", you can bet that the first thing I would do is find out what happened. Especially before starting yet another bash thread.

If you were deleted you can't be a member of their forum therefore can't post there.

But you can still read enough to see Sharon's post saying if you were deleted it was for a reason so don't post here or bother us cause we won't respond.

So your recourse would be to make a fuss here.It worked for me.So we'll see if mcf has that resolve or not.

IF mcf can't post in the forum, it's always possible for him to ask one of the members to find out for him.

Posting at GPF is NOT the only recourse. And making a fuss seems pretty high school.

Ok, before everybody jumps on the band wagon here and starts another bash fest.........read the above carefully.

I am not defending but if you chose to see it that way, so be it.

The OPs computer was down....(if your computer is down it's not working correct?)
yet the OP DID log in every two weeks????

How does one log in every two weeks if their computer is down?

Ok, so the OP used a friends or used the local library or what have you...rather than log in every two weeks since the TOS states you can not use someone else's computer.............why not use the computer to send them an email explain the situation and tell them you CAN'T login due to your own computer being down?

We all know AYS is very strict.

For that matter, most programs do not allow you to access your acct using other computers.

I may not like the strictness policy of AYS or any other program but "Them's the rules".

We have had enough bash threads to last a life time. Let's not start again.

That's not quite true. You can access AYS from as many computers as you want, so long as there's no account tied to them. I have three computers in my house, ONE account, and have no problems clicking from any of them.

I could as well, but the IP number would be the same. I have a router.

I know you can not go by IP alone........but I am saying take a look at what was said before another bash and trash fest is started.

My question was if the computer was down and another computer had to be used to access their account to login every so often........why not send AYS an email as to their problem and get either their permission to access it via another computer or have them place the acct on vacation until their computer was working.

I have no clue what caused this persons deletion so I am not going to start making assumptions against AYS.

Yes, they have their problems as many do. We all know the story of AYS and the others behind in payments.

It is OUR choice if we stay or quit. In the end if we get burned after making OUR choice then we have no one else to blame but ourselves for time wasted.

We know the deal.........so each person is strictly responsible for their own actions.

I have clicked from home (dial up) and from work (cable) So I'm sure there was 2 different IP's

oops maybe i shouldn't have admitted that

You're FREE!!! You're FREE!!!

Doesn't it feel great?! biggrin.gif

ptrhost does make a good point though. Did you use any "puplic" PC's to login? If they are behind a router/firewall (most puplic places are), they would project as the same IP. If only one other person behind that router/firewall had an AYS account, you are now both considered cheaters and deleted with no recourse. If that's the case, it won't be long and that other person will be here posting. Oh the fun!

Sucks I know, but again, You're FREE! tongue.gif

Sorry, it's Friday and I am in a good mood!

Taken verbatim from AYS TOS.

It means that you're not allowed to opened multiple accounts and not allowed to access your account using the computer of another AYS member. Simple enough. Most PTRs carry the same rule.

With permission from mcf, maybe an AYS member could go in the AYS forum and check to see why mcf account was deleted. Like check on their list of inactives or simply post to that effect in the AYS forum. Those things are not permitted to non-members. And this action would certainly do wonders to stop "yet another thread about AYS".

As long as the computers you're using don't get used by another AYS member, you'd be fine. smile.gif
