I looking to start my own get paid to read/click.
What do i need to get started and what costs are involved?
What script is best to use?
And do any scripts allow advertisers send paid mails to people from a certain country?

Your best choice for one of those are a CashCrusader script, between 200-300 dollars. MyEcom.net sells those. There is a lot of time, money, and possible chance of losing money invovled. I wouldnt recommend starteding a GPTR at this time.
