This has been some kind of mixup.
I had not recieved an email for a few days, so I checked the deleted folder and found my username. As you can imagine, I was somewhat upset.
But my account is still intact. I do not know what happened, but since my username was listed as deleted I became upset. Now I have been advised my account is intact, so I APOLOGISE to those at Tropical Mail.
I also apologise to Tropical and everyone here for even starting this thread.

country check is the most unreliable of these programs that track your location
Today I went to Tropical's Forum and found myself in the deleted list
I had emailed her about my concern with country check some time ago---she responded that there should be no problem
Now that I have promoted the program to get a few referrals and reached the minimum cashout June 16, she has deleted my account for being from the wrong country---not matching my user info
