ok guys and gals, he's my dilemma

i recently got a laptop, about 2 weeks ago, and im having major difficulty with one thing

when i do my paid emails, i have to enter my username and password for each and every stinkin link click on dry.gif

and this is getting very annoying now tongue.gif

the first time i clicked on a link, i entered my username and if offered to remember my password for this particular username, so i clicked "okay"

but i have a diff pw for my username on each diff ptr site....so this isnt working out

on my regular desktop computer, when i do my paid emails, the ptr site link i click on remembers my username and my password, and its sooooo convenient. i would like to get the same system on my laptop

soooooooooo, does anyone have any ideas/suggestions as to how i can fix this?

please please help me........ wub.gif
monicagulati
and i think i should add

when i go to a ptr site like www.paidtoreadsite.co....

this laptop DOES remember my username and pw

i think this whole problem started with me letting the comp save a pw to my main username, and i cant get rid of that

monicagulati
eeekkk!

i made a discovery!

if i have a website open in a diff window, and i go and do a paid email for it in a different window, i dont have to login with my username and pw

but im a member of so many ptr's

i cant really have them all open in diff windows so i can avoid logging in for each and every paid link

oi!!

someone help meeeeeeee blink.gif

im gonna log into about 5 and then close the page

and try to do the emails

Oooooh jorgy you need to train that sailor man of yours better.....my hubby who is in the navy ALWAYS washes his own stinky work clothes when he gets home off a deployment....fortunately he is home at the moment which our little one thinks is great...but I know what it is like for them to be away for long periods of time....(but it is nice to have the bed to myself at times...lol)

moni have you tried using Roboform??? This is the proggy I use to remember all my passwords. I also write all my passwords down and keep them all in a safe place too....here is the addy for roboform in case u are interested....

Are you kidding me? lol I wouldn't let my sailor near my washer/dryer. The last time I gave in and let him do it, he ended up adding some of my clothes with the "stinky boat" ones. Not only did they smell bad, but he shrunk them too. I love the way his whites come home gray. lol He was on shore duty for 3 years and I finally got rid of him for a couple of months. ahhhhhhhhhhh I thought I would have the whole bed but my son decided he has to sleep with me. He's another bed hogger. So I only got it to myself for 3 days. But it was 3 days of heaven! lol It's been 3 weeks, he can come home now. lol Why is it they only rip big holes in the new uniforms? He's always ripping the pockets off his poopy suits.
monicagulati
LMFAO

u crack me up girl!!!
jorgy
Who me?lol They really are called poopy suits. Navy blue overalls. The white hats are called dixie cups. Ask kezree, she'll tell you. Am I sooooo wrong in wanting the man who drives me crazy to go out to sea for a few months before I kill him?

laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

kezree
Well my Hubby is actually in the Royal Australian Navy....they wear grey overalls (and call them rawls) but poopy suit sounds just fine to me...lol..they call their hats lids....and no jorgy u aren't wrong in wanting hubby to go back to sea....I hear you girl I feel your pain of what it is like when they are home....ROTFLMAO....I had my hubby home for 2 years ashore and wanted to kill him!!! How on earth did u stick out 3 years of shore duty??? You deserve a medal!!!

For those who don't understand what we loving wives and partners are on about, when your partner is serving in the military and away for long periods of time u become so independent and used to doing things yourself when they come home they TAKE OVER!!! They DISRUPT everything....how DARE my hubby come home and change light bulbs, put the rubbish out, feed the dogs, look after our little one, hog the bed..... ROTFLMAO!!!

But I do love him really.....but he is home until just after Xmas now as his ship is in refit....he is driving me nuts..... blink.gif blink.gif blink.gif
