Who have been paid by 1-800-mails? I'm waiting for payout about 1 month and I'm affraid so they don't pay
Although I am a member, I have not reached payout yet so cannot voice personal experience, but I did see it listed recently on the "Who paid you in August" thread in the Praises and Applause folder. (page 33 of that thread). It does not state whether this was a random payment or full payout. Good Luck. I hope they are legitimate.

I'd really like to know about that program. I see questions about it everywhere, but no actual confirmation that it's a scam. 
dom, Do a little question changing seems like they responded within 15mintues when I asked If I could sell my account, subject sell account.. Of course the answer was No
I mean no big downline (12 people, and some earnings) so It just sits there and gather dusts.. But at least you may reach earth with the PO

I'm on that program too and I wonder if they paid .. maybe you should do a search

That was a thread of someone who purchased a gold membership during a contest. reciving their money back.. although thats nice it still doesnt answer the question of cashout.

Right below that statement, was another one stating that they got paid within the 24 hrs. Saying how good the site is.
I am a gold member and my cashout limit is 50 USD. Last week I made it. Now I am waiting for my money back...
1-800-Mail is an advertising only program.
I don't recall anyone ever being paid.
Once you redeem for payment, kiss the earnings goodbye. You won't receive cash and the process can not be reversed once a redemption is requested.
Redeem for ads.

Actually 1-800-Mail's Terms state that payments will be made.
However, the program is highly unsustainable as per this sample of their advertising rates:
