My Cosmic's account is deleted 2 days ago (I login but the system says not find the address in the database),but they still send paid email to me.Of course they are no use for me.I wrote an email ask,but not get the reply.

And I want to login account in Click-cents,but the system says "You must confirm your e-mail address before you login."
This happened over 1 week,I wrote emails to his company and send message to him here both not get any response.(but they are still sending paid emails,strange!)

So I wonder that are there people happen the same instance with me?

I had the same thing happen to me at cosmic.

When I emailed the webmistress she fixed everything up.

I'm sure she will get back to you soon. She's usually very prompt about replying. If not, perhaps you can post in her folder in the company support section.
