'Advertisers' is SearchTime's own advertisers. I don't think that they have many. Their bids are very low.
'Partner ads' are ads from search engines which provide feed(results) to SearchTimes. I would say that some 99% of listings/results on ST comes from their partners (such as kanoodle, ah-ha........)

have to disagree..every once in a while,i get lucky and hit an advertiser link and it always pays me generously!Wish they had more of those.
