Me will not buy and don't like use make up.....
On a every day bases I don't use make-up either....... but my mom wont even take the garbage out without full make-up on

You are at the mall/store and you see make up at the corner of your eye, then you turn around saying "Ohhh this is cute" and end up buying. Then you go home and it doesn't look that cute anymore so you just leave it there

Not quite but pretty close, I don't purchase anything I wouldn't use so everything does end up in my make-up kit but since I use the stuff so rarely I've got tons more than what I really need.
And many places will give you 2 for the price of 1 and of course that's something I just have to get

ur mom is very weird... actually made me laugh so hard! My mom don't use make up at all. She said when she wear make up and made her face itch so she don't use.
