I made a deal with the user "Gheowb" in exchange of 20$ he will give me a script of HYIP rating script. I paid him the money but he didn't send me the scripts and he also doesn't answer my messeges altough I know he read them becuase I did message tracker...

I'm afraid as this transaction took place over PMs - and was not as something posted on the forum, there is nothing that the moderators can do about it.

If it had been a thread in Auction House (for example) and you had posted there regarding your purchase - some action may have been taken.

Unfortunately - this is not the case.

FYI - PMs cannot be read by anyone except the issuer and the recipient.
