John Titor, Time Traveler
During the first two hours of Friday's show, Oliver Williams discussed the alleged time traveler John Titor, as well as fielded calls from listeners. According to Williams, John Titor traveled to our present from 2036, a time reeling from a nuclear conflict that finally ended an American civil war. Titor claimed he was part of a military group trained to travel through time, and had come back (originally to 1975) to get an IBM 5100 computer -- needed to fix something in the future.
Titor's story has been pieced together from posts on Internet discussion boards that began in November 2000. Using the names "Timetravel_0" and later "John Titor," he provided extensive technical descriptions of his time machine, several predictions of our future, and commentary on our society. Titor once wrote:
"Perhaps I should let you all in on a little secret. No one likes you in the future. This time period is looked at as being full of lazy, self-centered, civically nice sheep. Perhaps you should be less concerned about me and more concerned about that."
Regardless of the obvious contempt he felt for us, Titor continued to communicate online. He provided clues about 9/11, the Space Shuttle Columbia disaster, and the War in Iraq. Concerning events still to come, Titor predicted the end of the IRS, an increase in mad cow disease, and the cancellation of the Olympics after 2004 due to world conflict.
On March 24, 2001, John Titor said he would be leaving our time and returning to 2036. After that, he was never heard from again.

Project Silver Screen
According to driveintheater.com, Project Silver Screen was started in 1948 by the National Security Group (NSG) to look into a possible connection between debris from the 1947 Roswell UFO crash and drive-in movie theaters. The NSG discovered that UFOs had been, from at least the time of the Flintstones, reflecting signals off of the large movie screens at drive-in theaters. It was noted that these bi-directional signals from the UFOs could measure the brain activity and emotional response of each person attending the drive-in movie.
Did aliens design drive-in movie theaters so they could study us? Decide for yourself and have fun reading more about Project Silver Screen here.

More stuff to read this Guy
Although there is debate over the exact date it started, on November 02, 2000, a person calling themselves Timetravel_0, and later John Titor, started posting on a public forum that he was a time traveler from the year 2036.
One of the first things he did was post pictures of his time machine and its operations manual. As the weeks went by, more and more people began questioning him about why he was here, the physics of time travel and his thoughts about our time. He also posted on other forums including the old Art Bell site. In his posts John Titor entertained, angered, frightened and even belittled those who engaged him in conversation.
On March 24, 2001, John Titor told us he would be leaving our time and returning to 2036. After that, he was never heard from again. Speculation and investigation about who John Titor was and why he was online continues to this day.
Although it may be easy to dismiss all this as science fiction, most people who read his posts agree that there is something very haunting about John Titor and what he said. In addition, and open to more debate, he also made a series of predictions and comments that eerily seem to be coming true.
Unfortunately, I never spoke directly to John Titor but there are many out there who have and continue to wonder about their experience. As you get deeper into this site, you will find his posts, links to other sites about him, downloads and speculative information attributed to him after he left. I have taken the posts and organized them by date and subject. My editorial work is copyrighted but the unedited posts and the people who experienced it are in the public domain can be found on other sites listed inside.
As you read, please try to keep two things in mind:
1. John appeared to answer nearly every question that was asked of him over the 4-month period he was online. Because of that, many people neglected to read the previous posts and asked similar or exact questions he had already answered. It may offer a glimpse of what a time traveler goes through when having the same conversation again and again.
2. These posts were written before 9-11, the Columbia accident and the second Gulf War. Many people believe John may have known of these events and dropped clues without actually referring to them. It's also widely agreed that he made several predictions about future physics discoveries that have materialized as he stated.
I have included a guest book where you may leave your comments. I will endeavor to respond to any questions you have based on my work as well as to continue adding any relevant information and web links. Please check the guest book for news and developments.
I hope you enjoy your journey with John Titor.

Didn't Einstein say that it's impossible to travel in time but it could be possible to observe ones future or did I just get that from the movie Paycheck?

I understand nothing that has to do with time travel and determining whether it is possible, with all those numbers and data, however in my personal opinion I think time travel is something that we wish to happen but never will
About the year 2012- Some religious folks told me that it's going to be the end of the world

Can anyone tell me, how many "end-world" events have been predicted and none of them came true?

I'm traveling in time all the time, but just forward. Started way back in 1966 and I gess I will reach 2005 just a few days after cristmas. The only problem is that I can't controll it, and it seems to go faster and faster. I would have been nice if it was a way to stop it or slow it down a little.
Anyone else have the same problem ?.

i think that time traveling is possible but now only aliens and other lifes in the universe can do this, we will be able to do this in maybe more 100+ years... i have readed in one book that aliens says that 2012 going to be a very bad year.
I personally hope a machine that will allow humans to travel in time, wether it's back in time or to the future would never be created! It will only bring problems

ok this would only work if there's one time line, if there's more than one then it's not quite the same outcome but, if you go back in time and do something, anything, it'll have an outcome in todays world. Go into the future and see something you don't like and come back and try work around it and it might cause something even worse OR it'll create that exact outcome that you saw which wouldn't have happened if you wouldn't have seen it, get it heh

Its quite boogling.
