I sent money with bank wired to gold-trader.com for exchange e-gold last thursday(12/12).

And I sent an email to them.

But I do not have money in my e-gold account and do not have any reply email from them.

What do you think about it?

Please let me know what I do now for it.

i would contact your bank to check if the money has actually been sent

which email did you use to contact them? gold-trader@gold-trader.com ?

this is very unusual for them, i have used them often and they've been really fast.

I really sent money from my bankwired.

And I sent email to gold-trader@gold-trader.com and wire-service@gold-trader.com .

But I didn't receive any reply from them.

I've had 2 very nice experiences with them.

My first transaction was completed within 2 minutes (transfer from paypal)

Second took about 2 hours, but it was a sunday, so i assume that's why....

15% is a bit high but the service i got was great...and i was desperate for e-gold at the time to make payouts.

I am here again.

Because I made a big mistake to send money to gold-trader.

I heard a bank account no. of gold-trader from my friend but it is old.

So they do not receive money and can not reply to me.

But now, the gold-trade.com assist me their best.
