hi i 14 male in usa and new at getting paid for surfing and stuff, i have dsl and i can stay online for allot of hours so i would like ppl to refer me to the best way to make money. i like the sites that dont have any limits to hours online. so if anyone wants to refer me to any type of good idea to make money it would be great

When people refer you make sure that the programs TOS states that a person of your age is allowed to join otherwise they'll propably delete your account sooner or later!

so i will just register on my moms name or something isnt that possible?

In some programs it's OK to join their program if you have asked your parents approval. Some owners would be best to answer this one on how they handle under 18 year olds since I'm not an expert

But then again, your not a scammer, cheater, hacker, etc.. Since THEY know everything. I mean, they are soo smart that they wouldnt detect that a webmaster would notice 400 clicks from the same IP....
