I was in contact with the owner before and while he was running the site.. he seemed a very honest person.. he gave me a large amount of money to do some stuff for him.. he was very trusting.. i think that he will back once he feels better

PaymentProfits is gone? Then so is the $10.00 payout I requested at the beginning of November. ah.gif

I'm wondering what happened to MoneySurplus. Hope that it will be back as I spent quite a lot of effort promoting it.

Is TopCashEmail gone for good?

I heard thru the grapevine, that he started another site (can't remember the name)

Rather than pay his existing members, he shut down, and started from scratch.

What gets me, is this jerk accused me of being a crook etc, when the scripts were converted from CAC to cash crusader and i had paid him $50 five times, but when the cash crusader scripts picked up on the multiple downline being looped 5 or 6 times, etc, it showed him with a negative $187...i told him not to worry, that the scripts werent complete, and once completed, i'd set him to '0" but that wasn't good enough.

He called me every name in the book etc,
Had he not been a webmaster, and had i not paid him five times, i could understand it..

I immediately cancelled my account with topcashe-mail, as his scripts also screwed me, and it took pulling teeth to get him to pay me the $40 he owed me (first time payout) which he only paid me after i replied to him that he was withholding my money because he was ticked about his stats at mec-co

Anyway, i hear he's now running another site, and took topcashemail down to avoid paying anyone...

I wish i knew the name of his new site, but i forgot it......

Anyway, he bit off his nose to spite his face, as he cancelled his mec-co-op account and i gave his downline away to gold members...

His name is Jeremy Irons, at least that's what he goes by, so i'd advise ya to avoid his new program like the plague....

RichMails does not pay a percentage for referral earnings. Therefore, you are not supposed to be earning anything from them right now. They only claim to pay $25 for each of your referrals when each cashes out. Since they joined after you did, they will cash out after you...I say "claim" because as it is, you have to get to $350 on your own clickthroughs, and I don't think anyone will ever do that. RichMails will never pay anyone. They are as big a scam as CashRead.
kglaser
By the way Carole, thank you for all that info...I will certainly try to avoid that person. am.gif

Heh, I wonder if this same person who ran TopCashEmails has learned to count since he started this new site...in virtually every e.mail, it would say something like "Link 1 of 5" for the first link, and so on, until "Link 4 of 5" for the 4th link, and there was never any 5th link. This happened EVERY TIME. ab.gif

You're welcome. I'm sorry they sucked you in with their big numbers. CashRead did the same thing to me a long time ago, and one day the same thing happened to me...I thought, hey! I'm not earning anything from my referrals! Then I read the terms carefully and got a rude shock. Then I quit pretty darn fast. aa.gif

How would a person track down someone like this? As in the case of Email Treasures.. wouldn't there be cause for a class action suit? I have all my stats, as he hasn't paid me.

Now, it doesn't do much good really for those of you "in the know" to hear things through the grapevine and not document them for everyone else. How are we to avoid his new site <rumored> if you don't give us the name of it?

I will never understand why those of you "in the know" hide this information as if no one else has the right to know. When someone walks off with someone else's money that is stealing. When someone helps someone walk off with that same money, that someone is just as guilty.

It takes time to get these programs running.. those of you that knew he'd cheated people out of their money sat on that information during that time. How many people signed up for this new program and will be cheated as we were with Top Cash? ... in my case $49.

I'm not saying start rumors, destroy programs, and ruin people's business reputations. Would it have been so difficult to post "Jeremy Irons started 'such and such' program?" That would certainly have given us a beginning of some kind to track him down. Nothing malicious there. It would have given us a starting point in getting back our money.

The energy you put out there comes back to you tenfold. Personally, I choose the tenfold consequences of honesty and integrity. It's worked well for me for 43 years, and I suspect it will continue for the next 43.

And what about Smart-Internet-Marketing?

Changed from a $2.50 signup-bonus and $25 payout minimum to a $7 signup-bonus with a $75 minimum payout. They also changed the referral-earnings.

I never received a message from this and I am a gold-member.....

Am I "ripped off"? ah.gif

Is TopCashEmail gone for good?

From a very good source, i hear Jeremy started another gptr to avoid having to make any payments at TopCashEmail.

It's gone for good from what i hear.

And what really gets me, is i paid him $50 five times, but when the scripts were being converted over because the CAC scripts counted referrals and earnings multiple times, his balance came up negative -$180

I told him not to worry, that once all the conversions were done, i'd 0 out his account, it wasn't good enough for him, and wasn't done fast enough.

He then had the b***s to contact other webmasters telling them i was a crook, thief, liar etc, and they should all spread the word to their members.

There was no talking to this guy, i ended up unsubscribing from his program, he thought he was spiting me by unsubscribing from mine.
The day after he unsubscribed, the scripts were complete, and his downline was given away to gold members.

Now he doesn't want to pay out, so he gets another site and takes TPC down...

The guy is not to be trusted.
I wish i could remember the name of his new site, but i had no interest in it..
just watch out for Jeremy Irons, or he could be using another handle...

The cheating little orrible b*****d

I actually promoted this site to death and had a decent downline and a few bob in my account!

Something needs to be done about these thieves, something that will hurt them financially, as its not on, the time (and money) we spend promoting these sites and they run away with the cash ah.gif

Hey Lachlan

Didn't something happen to the WM that forced him into hospital?

I seem to remember getting an email stating this and that his wife (to whom said she was very inexperienced at sending out emails) was taken over while he recovered!

I'm pretty sure this was the site, yes it defo was, as this was the program that used to send massive emails full of searches wasn't it?

WOW, it's the first time I see this forum section! I read wonderful words about TopCashEmail from Taxlady...
Well Taxlady, don't you remember when I wrote you about your TCE membership? I said you that I was REALLY sorry for your unsubscription, I prayed you not to leave TCE, I was angry with you because ALSO I had run over a lot of money in your program and you should remember how many times I had promoted your program.
I was afraid only that you were as many other programs, you had paid me so many times and I thought that I wanted to defraud me not to pay me more, a lot of ptrems have done this cheat.
However, I don't have intention to launch other programs, even if I would like, unfortunately I don't have anymore desire and time to follow these programs because also I have a family.
As you see, you were being wrong. TCE has not definitely closed, TCE is still alive.
Today I have written my message of goodbye in the "support" section, I have sold the site to a new owner.

And this is for everybody: when you write bad or false notice in these forums don't offend the people without knowing as the things and the facts they are.
I won't reply this post.

Happy New Year

Normally, I don't say much in forums because I am rather new to the gptr industry, but I feel the need to get something off my chest. I have been a member of programs where the webmaster has made some poor choices, but has owned up to them and kept their members informed of what has happened and what was intended to be done about the program.

I was a member of TCE and when I tried to log in one day, I got a "username not found" message. When I emailed the webmaster about the problem, I was told that the site had been hacked and they were working on it and it would be back up as soon as possible. That was the last I heard from or about the program until now.

Alot of the time you can tell when you are dealing with an honest or dishonest webmaster. An honest one will tell you, sometimes to the point of frustration, that things haven't been working out as planned, but if members are willing to make concessions, then they will do what it takes to get the program back on track. (Great job btw Carole..lol)...A dishonest one will tell you whatever they think will keep you at bay until they can completely shut down and bolt with member's earnings.

I don't know about y'all, but I would much rather have an owner tell me they made some wrong decisions and will do whatever it takes to get the program back on track...or even that they can't save the program and need to sell or shut down and no payouts will be able to be made...than have an owner just hide behind a screen name somewhere because they don't have the guts and integrity to let people know they are shutting down or selling and just take my earnings and run...more or less letting me know that my time and effort put into their program meant diddly.
matois
TopCashEmail's WM told me the same thing -- that the site had been hacked but it would be back soon. That was in November, I think. I've heard nothing since.

My december scam is:

RAPIDMAIL4U

There is a separate thead I started when the site was taken over by some Hong Kong company on 12/26. This was info from the WhoIs which said it was created/changed on 12/26.

Someone in the thread said that the person went on vacation and let the name expire. Nobody in their right mind that wants to keep the site name would wait for the last minute to keep the registry.

Rapidmail4u was (is?) hosted by MEC (Myecom) based on a paid email that I still had from the beginnin of December.

Anybody know the whereabouts?
