But isn't the payout a little bit on the LOW side? About 1.7Cents per hour ?!?! Any others with a slightly higher payout?

There's a lot of paid to surf programs but Degoo is the only one I know for a fact IS paying! The payrate is kind of low but you really don't have to click or do anything for the money! If you find a program that has a higher payrate make sure if people here know about their paying history!
