is this a good program?

It used to be, Webber has had the redemption page down for over 3 weeks and he said it only be closed for 1 week, havent heard from him in anyway, no contact, no admin mails..

People been waiting for payouts for 2-4months now..
I just stay away as I slowly see this site going under..
