Yes it's your typical search engine. So that's why I don't understand the question.
If I could get a clarification to it I might be able to help.

If it means where this member can see how much s/he has earned then all that needs to be done is log into their account and the ammount should show right there :-)

Then if one needs to look into more specific information about referral clicks etc then one needs to click the View statistic from the men? and when one has reached $50 and wants to redeem money then one should go to Request Payment

All you have to do is signup as an affiliate and then start promoting the engine using you affiliate url. Every time someone makes a valid search using your url you will get a % of the bidded amount.

Also you can build your own portal and advertice that, but then you'd need to go into your account at F-Z, copy the portal code at Get HTML Code (choose which portal style you like best) and paste the code to a pagemaker (frontpage, dreamweaver etc) and save the page and upload it to a directory in the web.

But I do gotta say that F-Z is a quite slow earner and not very good one to start with because the payout is $50

I've gotten paid once and am about to redeem for second time but wouldn't have gotten this far if I didn't have 200+ referrals!

Maby start up with some engine that has smaller payouts and maby even monthly payouts?

Well that's the problem, you can't ask/make people search,
you have to go around it saying stuff like: If you need to find something yada yada or make a theme portal and use that, like I have a little mouse on my xray portal and I often use a phrase "let little mousy help you to the right results" or something

as I said, maby F-Z isn't the best one to start with because it takes ages to reach payout....and from what I've seen the bids are quite low, around 1 cent (less or a bit over).
