No Searching4gold don't pay automatically. You may request the payout once a month, and they'll pay within 48 hours (very fastly, and even sooner sometimes).

It's a good program. This month I earned about 5$ from this site.

I would suggest Earn-n-trade, it's a new no minimum program, I have been paid 0,64$ in 5min after requesting. It's not a standard GPTR program and it's definitely worth looking at.

zipperclicker is good and no need to sign up, but you'll need to act fast there as the banners often expire very fast. check there often.
