Aunt Tillie does have a forum that you can probably ask her but I do know I have heard nothing but praises. I haven't reached payout(member at Hillbilly-Hangout) so I can't honestly tell you how long it takes.

Hi! You requested cashout at $2.00 and you're a free member which means you will be paid at $5.00.

If you have any questions or concerns feel free to email me anytime and I'll look into it!

Have any of you ever noticed that if you look at the number 5 .. and if you turn the page over and look at it upside down.. (and if the paper of the page is transparent enough..) you can see that the number 5 appears as the number 2.. |
Hey, you're right

nan2b, I'm going to post this here because I'm sure you will come back and report me as being scandalous but today I received another payout request from you. You have been told that you are not a gold member so you can't request cashout, yet again you redeem for one.

I have NO intentions of sitting here bashing anybody, sorry to dissappoint you. YES, I made a mistake, becaue another member of your site told me cash out was $2....and YES I did not realize it was for gold members ONLY, he neglected to tell me that....and YES I did hit cash out twice NOT on purpose, it was BEFORE I had a chance to come back here and see that the $2 was for gold members only. Not everybody is out to cheat their way through programs and annoy the WM's.....I am one of the few HONEST clickers, do valid searches, support the sites....sorry if I "annoyed" you and you feel the need to keep my $2. That is your choice. have a good day.

The thing is, the redemption was labeled

Also our frontpage, terms and FAQ's state the payout for free members is $5.00.

I dont see where it says gold member cashout only? So its not that clearly labeled. Yes the OP should always check to make sure what the right button to push is.... but it still dont make it right to basicly keep their money by saying you can only now use it on an ad either.

I felt it was clearly stated...just went into the redemption area myself and "Far Out" cash out..."Far Out" is one of the memberships...when this person joined Disco Dollars, it's plainly visible on the front page that the payout for free members is $5 as opposed to two...from what I understand, the PO of DD reinstated the account of this person again and gave them back the $2 and am sure sent an explanation saying that the cashout for free members was $5 and not $2...and then this member chose to press the cashout button yet again...if they are familiar with "any" GPTRs, you DO NOT hit the cashout button more than once!
I believe hillbillygirl responded in a professional manner...this person will perhaps continue to hit the payout button again, they've done it twice already...and am sure the PO of the program has better things to do than keep playing this game...

I think the program owner handled this very well. Alot of sites have a policy that if you hit redeem on a button that you don't qualify for (platinum cash out as a silver member or gold cash out as a free member) they keep the money and don't refund it. The mere fact she got the refund the first time shows the program owner was trying to be nice.

Well I dont agree... no biggie. People are entitled to make mistakes. I also think the OP said why they clicked the cashout again. Of course the WM is entitle to do as they wish. Doesnt mean I have to agree with it.

IMO, clicking it
ONCE is a mistake....clicking it a second is just baloney

Especially after it was credited back the first time.
What's hillbillygurl supposed to do? Continue to put the money back into the
same member's account? It IS clearly marked

Actually it's very clearly labeled -- this just happens to be one of those sites that is a little creative with what the various upgrade levels are called. Instead of the standard gold, silver, platinum, etc.....this one uses Foxy, Dy-no-mite, Far Out!, Groovy, and Disco Dancer.
The upgrade names and their respective perks (including payout amounts) are very clearly explained for all members.
And the explanation given by the OP for requesting payout a second time didn't make any sense.

Didnt think so.
I dont think its that clearly marked thats my personal opinion. No biggie.

Mystical, of course you have every right to your opinion - I'm not disputing that for one moment. I'm just curious how you think it would be better to mark the redemption button for a specific level if labeling it with the level's name isn't clear.
Since the member level is called Far Out! - wouldn't saying anything other than "Far Out! Cashout" be more confusing?

Ok... lets take a look at the button it says Far Out Cash out $2.00 I am a member and to tell you the truth I didnt know that Far Out was an upgraded membership. I never looked. I do know what cashout is BUT if someone told me that cashout was 2.00 and I saw that button I would believe it. I dont remember what cashout is at every program I'm a member of.... Occasionaly I have to go look. I personaly find it helpful when a button says something like

You qualify for the following redemption offers.

I took that from Z-cash.
Now Im not bashing the program or the owner..... just disagreeing with it being clearly marked. I happen to like Disco Dollars..... but I dont agree that its clearly marked.
There is no questioning that button or what will happen if you click it.
