I have emailed several people ( people in the emails that said email with questions) and no replies. How exactly do you go about referring people with these banners and the upload/download thing is driving me nuts. Can someone please put the instructions in lamens terms. I really like this idea, being a stay-at-home mom but I'm really confused. Thanks in advance!!!!

Hey, I'm pretty new to this whole Get Paid business to. But I've done some homework, so I'll try and provide you some help. The banners and paid e-mails cost money to make use of. Many programs offer the choice of redeeming unrequested money for ads, which you can use to advertise your referral link.
What are referrals?
Many programs offer incentives for people who get new people to sign up for their program. When somebody signs up for a program and has you entered as their referrer they become a part of your "downline".
What is a downline?
A downline is the term that is used for all of the people who have signed up under a program with you as their referrer. There are usually different levels of referral. Level 1 is simply the people who signed up with you as their referrer. And level 2 therefore is the people who have signed up under that person who had you as their referer. So not only do you get incentive for people you refer, you get incentive for the people that the person who signed up under you as their referrer.
You said that you e-mailed people and haven't gotten any replies yet? Well, be patient. If you are e-mailing the webmaster of one of the programs they are usually quite busy, and get tons of e-mails a day. But you will eventually get a reply from them. I'm not really sure what else to say, but if you need any clarification or more information feel free to provide a reply. And welcome to the world of Get Paid.

i too am new... I've joined a gazillion of programs, and even unsubscribed from some already after seeing bad feedback in the complaints forum... now I join the ones that get a lot of praise.
I only have referrals that I got from downline builder and no matter how many times I advertise, I can't get more than 1 level one ref in any of my programs. I built a site that has most of my programs pooled together, and advertise that everywhere I can afford to, but still to no avail.. As you say, I also click to "death... have not reached payout in any programs yet (except the ads only ones which I use to again advertise my site). *shrug* Maybe i'm doing it all wrong. if anyone has better ideas, please PM me.

if u go to the ref links section, you will find different banners...copy and paste them when u buy/redeem advertising

you have a very good looking site, but what you need to add is text descriptions for each program that tell the readers more about the site like minimum payout, referral %, about how many emails you get per day, how much you have earned, average pay per email/link, and whether or not the owner of the site is known to pay people.
I think what most people who are looking to join want to know are "how long will it take to reach payout?" and "will I get paid?".
If you can answer those questions truthfully then you will probably get more referrals.
have you tried advertising with manual traffic exchanges like sas?
also your banner looks nice but the website really does not have anything to do with building a downline. so you might want to rethink the text you have in your banner.

unfortunately those are the questions I also would like an answer to
I will try and ad tidbits on the ones I like the look of and will try traffic exchange sites as you suggest. Have updated my banner. is that better?
had a read of your website, cash, great suggestions there. Have downloaded crazy browser, will be doing some more improvements now
