Ok your busy, got many sites. Or just one but got a full time job caring for your kids? Or working out of the home and runing a site or two.

Create a standard letter, or different types depending on the business. Offer
a percentage or a flat fee(cash). With the option that if THEY wish to do so may convert for double the value for advertising.

Now get your members attention, send out your offer. Find me advertising.
Use this form for these type of companies.
Myself, I would also tell them, to forward all replys to a desinated mail box that turn you down. Forward all replies to another mail box that either accept or are interest but want more information or better rates.

To prevent spaming keep records, plus let your members know who has been contacted. Put up a link page like links2cash has. Use the bullet system. when its black no one has contacted that company. Grey its been sent. Blank its all done.

Have your members send in lists of urls of companies to place on this page. Create this page with the ability for staff members to log in to help you. Offer some moderators positions to do this extra work. For advertising points plus with the understanding if you made money from this they will get a fair bonus for helping you with all this work. Hire enough, make a online work schedule.
They would add to the urls links page, change bullet staus, insure each company only gets one letter. Pass out fairly lists of companies to contact to each member requesting them. File answers. An so on.
Get your membership involved. If you don't think your membership would like doing this, then get a staff team like the moderators mention above working for advertising points and fair commisions.

"There are no stupid questions!"

Well, ok there are some, lol.

There's no need to feel bad for not understanding and there are probably a lot of people that don't understand but don't have the courage to say so!

PM reply sent. Sorry if I didn't make my thoughts clearer. Smart people ask questions if they don't understand something.
