I was waiting on a $100 check, and had another $60 in my account. I was inactive for 16 days, and was deleated. It was completley beyond my control, and was doing everything I could to get back online. I have sent them an email about it, but have not gotten a reply. S I tried to post a question in the forum, but it says i do not have permission. I earned al of that money with no downline, and really do not want to lose it. Can anyone help me figure out how to get in touch with them? Thanks.

well, for starters, you don't have permission to post in their forum because you probably didn't join. You can sign up and post once you do. Second, did you set your account on vacation? If not, that's why you got deleted. Good luck with getting your account reinstated. smile.gif

You were inactive, so you got deleted. I don't think they will recover your account. Sorry to say this, but your money is gone.

Well, he DID say he was deleted for inactivity. Let's not try to make this something it's not dry.gif

I'm sorry your account got deleted... but I don't think there is nothing you can do anymore sad.gif I understand that there wasn't anything you could do about being inactive... but it happened...

The inactivity policy is tricky in these kind of situations... but I understand the webmasters because they don't have any way of knowing if the people are telling the truth about why they were inactive.

I have your support email - If you could support your situation with documented proof - mail it to Linder.

I will see what I can do.

And yes, you will need to register with AYS forum in order to post.

The only possibility I see here for a reinstatement of your account is IF you sent the email to the AYS program via the contact page BEFORE the inactivity time was up and explained that you couldn't get back online (i.e. you went to the library or an internet cafe and sent the email prior to the 15th day of your inactivity). If this is the case, you might have a good basis for asking for reinstatement. The best way to do this is to register at the AYS forum (there's a link to the forum on the home page of ays) and post a brand new topic in Problems/Complaints section explaining in detail what happened, when you sent the email, including a copy of the email, and being sure to post your username. If you can't register and post at the AYS forum for some reason (don't know why that would be, but could be a glitch of some sort), I would advise pm'ing tashgate here in the GetPaidForum and see if she can get the message to Linder or Sharon on your behalf (or maybe she can post a topic in their forum for them to read). If you go this route, with tashgate, I'd be sure to give her your username and also a way for Linder or Sharon (from AYS) to contact you via email.

However, if you didn't contact AYS before the inactivity time was up, I'm afraid there isn't anything that can be done. They are very strict about the TOS.

Edited to add: Ooooops... sorry, didn't see Sharon was already here and posting while I was typing my message. Definitely go by what Sharon says, these above were just my ideas.

laugh.gif I think you and Sharon hit SUBMIT at the same time! You're one of the good ones, dizzygal, always tryin' to help.

We've seen accounts reinstated after being deleted for inactivity once in a while in cases where the person was hospitalized, etc... of course with some kind of real backup to the story, but it's happened.

Thanks for all of the help. I'm not trying to say I was deleated because I cashed out, I was inactive for 16 days, but it was not a situation I could avoid, or forsee. Also, I did register at the ays forum, but it still wouldn't let me post. I actually just got an email saying that I now have permission to post there.
Thanks again for all the help!!
