EZPayByEmail, a paid e-mail company from the Chris Houlihan network has been hacked. More on this story as it comes, but reports started circulating of an e-mail sent, supposedly from the company, containing pornographic images.

email which appears to have come from Rewards@ezpaybyemail.com and contains
swearing and pornographic content.

EzPayByEmail has been maliciously hacked and these 2 emails have been sent out
by the hacker. The hacker has also bombarded Chris's inbox with over 600 spam
and threatening emails so you can imagine the work Chris has now got to do
regards the problem.
Chris apologises to all members and ask to please delete the offending emails.
He also asks for understanding and members please do not cancel your membership
over this.
Please also do not contact Chris over this as your email will probably get lost
in all the spam he is receiving.
He is working dilligently to find the person responsible and will I'm sure let
us have news when he gets it.
Also any other program owners that read this - please cut and paste this if
possible and let your membership know.

Hi Everyone,
The email contained profanity, references to sex, pornography, child pornography, etc...
Here is the email I am sending to all support requests:

sections of our site have been breached. When our site was hacked, the
hacker sent 2 to 3 emails of a disgusting pornographic nature. Please be

Please DO NOT unsubscribe from our site, as this was not our doing and we
apoligize greatly for any emotional harm this may have caused you.
Please bear with us in this time of need as we determine how this happened,
who did this, and why.
As far as we know, the member database has not been altered or destroyed in
anyway, but we are still in the process of investigating and cleaning up
this brutal attack.
Our email addresses wers also SPAM attacked. Both at my personal email
account and EZPayByEmail email account I recieve over 700 emails saying
things like:
"Bring It Queer"
and
"Common f**kface spam me again"
I also recieved an email at my personal email account that said this:
"i have f***ed you"
If you are a webmaster, I would greatly appreciate it if you sent out an
email to your members explaining our situation and ask them to NOT
UNSUBSCRIBE from our site. This would be greatly appreciated.
Again we apoligize and try to bear with us in this time of need.

Chris? Are you sure it is kiddie porn? If it is? I know who for you to contact. I work with a group who fights kiddie porn on the Internet and they report it to the police. I will talk to someone that I know from the group so that if it is kiddie porn, we can help you get this hacker. Just let me know how to contact you, and we can get things going to help you out.

Chris,
I hope you catch the person that has done this to you. I think it is the most nastest thing I have seen. Good luck and hope you catch the person. Don't worry your loyal readers will stay with you just concentrate on this guy and don't worry about lossing your program.
