Hi everyone,

I want to complain about Fillmyaccount.
Last april I logged in into my account, and I saw that $11 was deducted from it. On the 21st of April I sent a mail to the webmaster to find out what was wrong, because the minimum payout amount is $11.
Webmaster Terry responded very quickly and informed me that the payouts were made on april 10th and that the mail was forwarded to web owner Evelyn Turner (ET). I didn't receive a personal answer from Evelyn, but I did receive a newsletter a few days later to inform me about a new feature on the site: partial payments. It seemed that I had won a partial payout. So that was all cleared out. ;-).
But unfortunately, I didn't get my money (I had filled out Paypal as payment option and whenever new cash is deposited in your account, you will receive a mail. I didn't receive anything. I also logged in into my Paypal account, but my $11 wasn't there!!
So I decided to send another mail, on June 28th (more than 2 months after the first mail!!). And again I received a quick response from Terry to inform me that my message was forwarded to Evelyn. A day later, I received Evelyns answer via Terry:
Quote: "this is one of the members who said they DID receive a payment from Evelyn Turner and did not know that was the site payout - they admitted spending it the same day."
I BEG YOUR PARDON [sorry for yelling], I thought. Are they accusing me of cheating here? I have been an honest member for more than a year now and I have always followed the rules. I decided to send a mail back (a nice and calm email, though I was very angry and hurt at that moment) to explain that I didn't spend the money. I even included 2 screenshots from Paypal to show them that I hadn't received the money and that I therefore didn't spend it. But I've heard nothing from Terry nor Evelyn from that day on.
I searched this forum for 'Evelyn Turner' and saw that there were lots of complaints about her.
My question to you is: is there someone on this forum who actually HAS been paid by fillmyaccount, or should I give up all hope of ever receiving a payment? :-(
I really think that Evelyn has gone too far. Why does she treat an honest member like trash? I really don't understand!

I have recieved 5 full payouts from Clickbuxx. But I am at almost $17 in fillmyaccount and back up to$17 in click buxx. I am patiently awaiting my next round of payouts from both. They do PAY!!!

This issue of yours has been disscused in Evelyns forum so Idon't know why you brung it here when you were obvouisly wrong.

I was going to say, if "get a life" is the kind of sage advice being dispensed at Evelyn's forum, I am proud to be a non-member.

I am telling that to her because she complained in Evelyns forum of the same thing and it was proved that she was paid. She is just coming here for sympathy.

ADD862 is a long time support of ET, probably is paid to come on here to throw some words behind ET. I can see a lot of their posts which show that.

I'm not quite sure why my name was originally mentioned in this thread, but thanks to those of you who said you missed me and other nice things.

I haven't been around as much lately because I started a new job a couple of weeks ago that has been taking 9-10 hrs everyday - as a result, I've lost a lot of brain cells and have been too tired to even think about coming here much. I've actually been going to bed earlier than my daughter most nites!

There is also another reason that I've tried to stay out of some of the nastier things that have gone on - particularly when they concern ET.......My history with her is pretty legendary and she and I have had more than our share of battles over the past couple of years - most of them played out for the world to see here and in other forums.

I don't know if it's cause I'm getting too old, or what exactly, but I just really got tired of all the fighting and so I've been working on putting the past in the past where ET is concerned. I'm well aware of how many of you feel and you all have your reasons for feeling that way and I respect that. And God knows she and I will never be best buddies or anything like that......but we have found that we are both capable of sitting down and talking sometimes without it turning into a war of words.....When she and I talk it's usually totally unrelated to anything about PTR and it really is nice to not be at each others' throats like we always have been.

So because of our attempts to bury the hatchet (and not in each others' heads) I've tried to stay out of conflicts that really didn't have anything to do with me. It's just a personal choice I made. I really think I'm just getting too old to jump into battles the way I used to - unless, of course, it's for a really good cause. I may be getting older, but I ain't dead yet.

Anyway, sorry to go off topic like this -- I just wanted to respond to the posts I saw in this thread that were asking about me.

Actually squirrel and lil, I used to be somewhat supportive of ET in here, but since she turned most things over to managers and put in her new payout system which is at her discretion and whim, I have found things have gone down hill fast and my opinion of et's sites have gone with it.

Memebers are treated like dirt, no please and thank you, just do this and don't do that and didn't you read xyz with no link to where that can be found.

Her methods since the new year are very similar to Harley's, with payout based on continuing activity level, banishment from forum for not agreeing with status quo, even paying out to stormpay and then chargeback, all harley tactics.

I brought up my problems in her forum first like she wanted but i got the runaround so i figure I will comment elsewhere now.

Funny thing, I joined FMA as a no-munimum program under Vicky and here 17 months later I've never seen a cent

Mcf --> I also joined under vicky, and I got more and more excited when the payout amount was coming closer. I guess you can imagine how thrilled I was when I 'won' a payout. I don't understand why it is so hard for them to just give me the money where I worked hard for. I have been paid by several other programs and I've never had so many problems...

And mcf, trust me, that person who posted earlier is definitely NOT Harley. That much I do know.

Argh! That woman (ET) drives me crazy!!! She sent me this blunt email stating that she has sent the batch info of my payment 3 times already, but that it bounced all the time. I had sent her a nice email (to her yahoo address) to ask her for the info, and she replied with her clickbuxx address. This is what she mailed:

"I have sent you the info 3 times all ready. Once the mail was returned to me with a note that your email did not exist. The second time it returned as an autoresponse that the message was delivered and you would respond soo or something like that. The last time I received no reply so I do not know if it was filtered out as spam or if you just never got it. I have spent over 20 hours digging this info up at my own expense. I have sent it to you 3 times now. Look through your spam folder or bulk folder. You have copies of it somewhere because I have sent it.

Your email is not in my spam folder. I have a mail washer program and i always check al my 'spam mail' by hand. Your email wasn't there. Because I have been a member for a year or so, I have marked your email address as a 'good address' a long time ago already. I have never in my life used an autoresponder, so I don't know what is going on here but I'm really disappointed that things are going like this. I have been an honest member from the beginning, and I have always clicked the links, I've always been friendly to you, but when it regards payouts:
1. First you accuse me of spending the money and you say that I have admitted spending it (I have never done such a thing).
2. Now you state that you have sent me the info already but your email bounced all the time, which is impossible. I don't know why you sent me a mail from the advertising@clickbuxx.com program, because I sent you a mail to turner28@yahoo.com. It is true that I haven't added advertising@clickbuxx, because I know that turner28 is your regular email address.
You really hurt my feelings with your blunt e-mails.

That should be proof enough that she actually pay. And no I don't persoally know ET or anything. I just read and click and follow her rules. That simple.

There's nothing wrong with that ADD and honestly, you don't have to justify or explain yourself. You've had good experiences and so sharing them with others is the right thing to do.

ET has a long history in the PTR world and there are a lot of people who think very negatively of her.......I openly admit that I used to be one of those people.

But then I made the conscious decision to stop the madness and the fighting and to keep the past in the past. I wanted to try to get to know "Evelyn" and she wanted to try to get to know "Pam" and so we just started talking and working on making that happen. I think we both were surprised at how easily we were able to get along once we put all the animosity and negative thoughts aside and we've both been able to find things about the other that are very likeable. When we talk, it's not about the craziness of PTR.....we talk about our families and about religion and just life in general.....and much to my amazement, we honestly do agree on many things.

I haven't told anyone this before, but about a month or so ago - maybe a little longer, there was a nite when I was amazingly depressed. The reasons don't matter, but suffice to say I was at one of the lowest points I've ever been in my entire life. Now I know a lot of people - both in real life and online - and I've got a wonderful family too.

But you know what? On that one particular nite, when I was so sad and so depressed, one and only one person out of everyone I know was there for me and that person literally spent hours talking to me and helping me get me thru that sad, sad time.

That person was Evelyn Turner.

Up until that nite, she and I had both wondered why we'd each come to the point where we had realized that we wanted to try to work things out and stop hating each other; after so many years of arguing, we couldn't understand why we'd both come to the same decision at precisely the same time because it was so unlike both of us.

After that nite I knew what the answer was......if we hadn't already made the decisions we'd made and hadn't already worked on burying the past, then on that nite when I needed a friend so desperately, she wouldn't have been there and who knows what might have happened as a result of that.

Things happen for a reason.....even if they don't make any sense at the time (and face it, how much sense did Lil and ET calling a truce make?). But Somebody knew it was necessary and I honestly believe with all my heart it was because that nite was coming. Nobody will ever be able to make me change my mind about that.

I really don't know why I'm writing this right now - I certainly don't have to, and I'm supposed to be working, but I just feel like I have to tell everybody that while, of course, you are all entitled to your own opinions and while those opinions may be justified, at least in your own mind, sometimes you just get to the point where you have to say "Enough!"......and when you do that, you start letting go of all the preconceived ideas that you've carried around for years and you stop letting things that happened in the past influence the way you feel today.

Maybe most importantly - when you finally reach that point, you find that things aren't always as they seem and that there is generally a lot more to a person than you ever realized.

Sorry for the rambling - I just really felt like I had to write this post and say these things and that this was the right time to do it.

I had often gotten the impression that Et herself was there for people, with her messenger on at all hours and such.

I'll be honest about my feeling when I say her manager at FMA has done most of the damage to how I feel about this program. It really wasn't Et herself.

I don't think there's any doubt here who I am.
