Yes they pay and I have always been paid within a couple of weeks after requesting.

heres a link where shows people have been paid as I am not a member but will help you know about members that have been paid.
Also in asking questions like this, try to put in right folder as you do not have a complaint, you are just asking about a program

I've been with them for less than 2 weeks and I've made close to $20 with 1 refferal.
Thanks Will for the info...its still up in the air for me as far as joining, Im not much on higher paid programs but I've seen people have been paid / and a few complaints (not sure if legit or not) but as always I will check more into it, like I do any ptr.

I have no referrals so it takes me about 45 - 50 days to reach payout, as I am from a search friendly country
I wouldn't be with this site if I couldn't search as 98% of his emails are searches

Well, I don't understand why he is NOT paying some of his members.
I have been in the praise folder and seen than many members have been paid quickly.
I requested payout on 06-13 and I even e-mailed him very nicely in regard to this and I've received no money and no response. And yes, I have been an honest member.
Seems strange to me that other members that requested payout way after me (and others), received their money before us.

I requested on may 28th and still waiting.does say in tos 30 days for payoff.will let everone know when i get paid.

I discovered yesterday that I am able to request payout but they want to know how many valid searches I did per 100 searches.

WM never asked me, I just requested and got paid in about a day with a note saying thanks for being a great searcher

I never saw that when I requested payout. Must be something new.
Any idea to what the minmum for valid searches out of 100 would be acceptable?
My guess I would do around the 90 to 95. Buts that a guess.

hrmph! it's nobody's business but your own how many valid searches you performed. that should make no difference whatsoever as to the status of your payout. just say 100%.

It's not in the TOS or the QAs. 
And there I thought we were paid to read and doing searches were like giving a bonus to the WM. Obviously, I was mistaken, it is a paid to search site with the wrong name and the wrong TOS.

I didn't see the "valid searches" question, but I do every one that works. Cashed out on 6-20 and hoping for the best, really hoping.
The question was in the redemption box. I just went in and redeemed and I noticed that it was also in the silver members, I'm a free member, but not in the platimum members redemption box.
I think its a random question.
As I posted in this topic earlier, I requested on 6-9-04. At that time, there was nothing to do with "How many valid searches do you do" in the redemption box.

I just noticed that under terms of service and faq's on the black-emails site , that it says they have up to 90 days to pay you. When did it change from 30 days ?

Probably recently. I don't get why people that requested payout weeks after I did are getting paid before me. The number of searches question wasn't there when I requested at the beginning of June. I emailed the WM but haven't had a response. Should I re-request? Has anyone done that?
I didn't re-request, but i did email them and explain the questions weren't there when I requested, and gave them the answers anyways. LOL

Saturday is 30 days for me, I emailed the WM asking why certain members are getting paid ahead of others, thought maybe it was an upgrade or advertiser thing. WM said that wasn't the case, and in the same emails wanted to know how many valid clciks I thought I did on searches. I may never get paid, because I just unchecked the "search" category in my info area. I also redeemed $6 for "site support", what the heck, still well over minimum.

Unless they are basing whether they pay someone on what the answer is. If you put 2 out of 100, maybe not good. I still wonder if someone that does, say, 5/100 would own up to it or just say 85/100. I mean, if they have to ask the members how do they know if someone is telling the truth or not?

yes this worries me also - i mean what if you get the message you have reached your click limit - does balck emails count this against us - sigh.........

I emailed him as well bcuz that search question wasn't there when I requested either but no reply, not surprising.
I'll keep doing searches for a little longer I guess but I have a feeling this will get added to the list along with the other sites that decided not to pay once I reached payout.
I really need some good programs that don't mind paying ALL honest members and not just whomever they feel like paying.

No, the WM didn't give any reason. But I at least am happy that some members are in fact getting paid. The following day I actually sat here, pen and paper in hand and did 36 searches(Or close to it), had some not go thru but the percentage was 92%. If any WM's can give some input on that number, too high, too low. I really am unsure since this particular question has never been brought to my attention until now, and only with B-E's

I'm not sure what the problem is with your payout....he is a good and honest webmaster tho with such a large membership it does sometimes take him a little bit longer to answer emails....I was paid in less than 24 hours when I redeemed for cash and when I redeemed for upgrades was also less than 24 hours....I have alot of referrals so it only takes me about 3 weeks to reach payout as I too am from a search friendly country....try emailing him at advertising@black-emails.com and see if you can get a quicker response....hope that helps

that's strange.....they didn't ask me anything like that....I think they have a way of tracking your valid searches.....a valid search is to click on a search in the paragraphs on the page like "weight loss" or enter a search in the address bar of the site and press the search button...you are then taken to another page that says "results from search" or something similar...click on one of the links that take you to the webpage and there you have it...a valid search....hope that helps

if you receive that message it gives you the option to try again and I can usually finish my search that way
