14 members received payouts today via PayPal. On that note, my E-Gold account has been setup and is waiting on some funding. Once funded, E-Gold will be an option for redemptions.

Thank you,

A lot of GPTREM webmasters won't unsub you in fact they include a "We will no longer be taking email requests to unsubscribe. This is your responsibility." waiver at the bottom of their paid emails. I guess this is to protect them from unsubbing someone who doesn't want to be. Sure is a pain when you get signed up for a program without your consent though. Easiest way I know how to stop this is the "block" feature.
usdollars
Just thought of this too, why not request the sign-up email from their main menu at
http://cashroad.net/cgi-bin/page.cgi?p=enter&r= then respond to the email and create an account and then you'll have the login info to unsubscribe?

If you know the password, or can get it sent to you.. Then login and go to account info, and change your email address to some fake one ad.gif

Why would you do something like that ?

Why not just unsubscribing then ?

Yes but this specific one allows you to unsubscribe, it's very simple, that's why I wondered ;-)

It's causing more trouble than good to put a fake addy I think.

Same thing w/ PayBoxEmail, but it just doesn't work when you unsubscribe.. And they never responded to my email.
Kristin
Why not email the webmaster NICELY and ask if someone signed you up? Then request NICELY that their account be deleted for spamming.
sophieca
Ok, but we don't talk about Emailpaysu or paidboxemail, we talk cashroad, anyone simply tried to unsubscribe the way usdollars explained .... seems the best way to me if someone subscribed you when you don't want to ?

Why would you put a fake addy, blaming them for spamming and then cheat on them, is making you no better than them .... why then blame them ? Makes no sense to me ;-)

Sophie
Canon
Jay, you could just report them for spamming, then if they complain, tell them to take a look at the IP of the person who signed up. I think I remember you mentioning in your paid mails that you have a fixed IP so if your IP and the one that the person signed up with don't match, then the webmasters in fact were spamming you.

Most programs you have to be able to login with a password to unsubscribe.....If he didn't sign up on his own then I'm guessing he dosen't have a password to unsubscribe
Canon
I once signed up for a program but did not get a confirmation email. A few days later, I received paid mails. So I typed in my email address with no password, hit unsubscribe and voila I was out of that program.
sophieca
Hi Shelly,

At Cashroad, like many programmes, you just have to put the emailaddy, the 'spammed' one in the loginbox and hit the send password thingy .... then you have the pasword in your inbox in no time :-)

When you have that, you go back to the site, enter emailaddy, password and hit unsubscribe, done and over with it ;-)

Sophie
(sorry canon, your post came in when I was writing mine, like you said, voil? ... out of the programme :-) )
Jays-PaidMail

As soon as I got the message that you did not want this account, I did remove the account. I also sent you a response after the first e-mail where you asked who had signed up that account. I do not know how to identify who enters in an e-mail address and since no one ad filled out the rest of the setup, I had no names to work with.

I have already requested that the programmer change the code a little to make certain that people do not receive messages unless they have completed the registration.

As you have noticed, and pointed out, the problem has been resolved.

I find it unfortunate that this caused you to take such a negative opinion of my site so quickly. While I don't expect that you have much interest in supporting other sites that offer the same services as yours, I hope that you will allow me the opportunity to demonstrate that I have no intention of providing a dis-service to this community.
