Dear Rob,

You may have noticed today there is now a countdown on the surfing bar. This is
more than a cosmetic change, it is also a change in how the award frame is
called. Intead of using a META "Refresh", there is now a JavaScript generating
the call to the award page. This should eliminate most of the problems some of
you were having where the award page would not load.

HOWEVER - it is now necessary to change one of the settings in your browser, if
it isn`t already set this way:

In Internet Explorer, click on TOOLS, then INTERNET OPTIONS, then GENERAL, then
SETTINGS. Click the FIRST radio button that says Check for newer versions of
stored pages "Every visit to the Page".

I`m not sure how this is set in other browsers, but they should all have a
similar setting to by-pass your cached pages.

If you don`t have this set this way, your Award Totals may not increment as you
surf pages!!
