I just revisited the site & saw they changed their TOS, they increased min. payment to $100. It was at $25 previously.
The redemption center for PayPal payment is no longer there, only redemption for advertising. Worst of all, they did this quietly, without informing anyone.
All I can say is that TopPaidEmails is a scam, it is advisable to avoid them. Moreover, I had bad experience with the owner of not paying for a task i did, just before he launched this program.
