Have you tried email the WM about it?
And programs I'd recommend are:
Hillbilly Hangout
Mental Emails
Crazy Ladies
Disco Dollars
and I recommend low/no minimum payouts to start

You can't go wrong with great programs like Hillbilly-Hangout, Grandmamel's, Misty & Sam's, and DerbyDollars just to name a few -- you're not going to get rich from any of these programs, but you will get paid!
Keep in mind when choosing programs this one simple thought: Earning is NOT the same thing as being paid.
Other programs might show you lots more money on your account earnings page, but what does it matter if you never actually receive it?

Is it easy to reach the payout limit?
You just need to click a lot.
For example Sam and misty cash :
If you click every day for an hour you reach payout within a month.
Is it worth that? Thats up to you to decide..

i really dont mind misty and sams cash....and i dont click for an hour....how about joinging some no minimums which pay every month,,ask if u need more help
