I just contacted them via their website. Do they usually respond within 24 hours OR they don't reply at all?

In general,they reply & pay within one day
but this time I requested my payment 1~2 days ago,got nothing yet

You need to click the 'contact us' at the top.

They do reply (usually a 1 line answer) quite quickly.

They say that they are keeping the other $5 in my account incase a transaction is reversed! (Not our day for transaction reversals)!
