Hi,

Can someone tell me where you can host your Banners?

This message I receive at TigerAds under Advertising Statistics:

Remote linking forbidden. 50Megs does not support linking of images or files.

It seems that my Banner was not displayed but instead people have seen this stupid message. Okay this was my first advertising ever... Good start! sad.gif sad.gif sad.gif

So pleas say where you do host your Banners? Ofcourse it must be for free.

But you have no control over your images once they're uploaded. I like to be able to change or delete my images. That's why I'd rather go with at service where I have to create an account.

Ask your ISP if they offer free web hosting, I know most will offer at least 30MB web storage space.

I have ran out of bandwith already..

I donated 25c but I have got no responce from them..

I dont want them to disconnect all my banners.. That would be fatal..

Freewebs doesn't allow hotlinking so as a banner host it's useless wink.gif

If you need a second image host, Walagata offers 2Gb free and I've found them reliable.

I like to have two hosts and split my banners between them even though I'll never come close to using all the monthly bandwidth. That way, if one of them goes down, not all my ads show up as the dreaded red 'X'. Look at what happened over at Yoxio. One day they decided they didn't like hosting ads anymore. It's not good to put all your eggs in one basket.
