April told her members that she would do member payments last friday and saturday.
She did tell them so about 5 day's in front.

So that was also the time that people here decided to attack her so she would not have the time to do those payments and doing so they would get more amunition to target her with....

Now that's funny! April could just ignore the attacks and keep her word to her members couldn't she? I mean, she's got enough defenders in here so she really could and should devote her valuable time to keeping her promise and paying her members.

You can ignore the FUD in this forum.
But there are things you cannot ignore.
For instance a lawsuit.

Imagine that IBM would just ignore the lawsuit that SCO is filing against them over linux.
So April had to take precautions and legal help (lawyer) which costs a lot of time too.

April Gold is paying members now.
And has also given more information about the payment process.
She would have done it on friday and saturday according to plan, but could not because of a lawsuit being started at that moment.

As for the tasteless remarks some are making here. A pitty.
It is easy to shoot on people that are haing problems or to run with the massess to get someone down. But if you look at what is really happening most of those are just based on not having the right information. In other words, talkign abotu things you have no knowledge of...

Which goes to show that very few people read the TOS before joining a program.

It's admitted upfront that it can take up to six months to get paid, not including the time spent earning the minimum. If you join now, expect to see some cash NEXT YEAR.

I know this. And I know she is working on that and I have seen some good initiatives to work on this matter. But the existence of money problems does not mean that there are or were no time problems. Because likely more people would have been paid already if she would have had the time for it.

But it is also known that she posted that there would be member payments this weekend. And the Legal actions against her were started at that time too so she would not be able to do payments. So she started doing them now. Someone else came back about the time issues posted earlier. That last weekend noone got paid were certainly time issues, otherwise she would not have been able to start doing payments now.

As for the future.
If you do not trust April to get her problems solved than leave.
If you do trust her to get the problems solved than stay and support her.

I have confidence that Aprill will manage to overcome her problems.
So I will stay. If I would not have had confidence in her I would have redeemed for advertisement now and have left after those have run.

And it is not that I will support someone in the forums if I don't believe in them. Not for a simple 100 dollars. I know it is a good amount of money but money will not make me post things I am not standing for myself.

As for the TOS changes.... At the moment she is paying people that asked for redemption a bit more than 90 day's ago. So it is not more than normal to change the TOS to that. I am sure that in the future this time will decrease again. And if not... than not. I see other programs using times of more than half a year and I never see complaints about them for that. I even see that site growing still.
