Well they have become enemies now, calling DollarsByEmail a scam & cursing them of all their doings.

MulahMail & GetRichByEmail complaints...

We have some very upsetting news for all CAC webmasters
including members of CAC sites.

Wayne Tickner better known as DollarsByEmail is SCAMMING people!!

HE HAS A CACSPYALERT PROGRAM which he has been using to watch all
CAC sites, memberbase, he also accesses admin. panels!!

We have known for some time but had to have enough evidence before
anything
could be said.

I HAVE A COPY OF HIS SPYWARE, ALL CAC WEBMASTERS PLEASE REQUEST
IT...OUR VERSION OF HIS SPYWARE UNFORTUNATELY ISNT UPDATED SO NEW COMPANIES
ARENT ON OUR COPY BUT YOU CAN BE SURE HE HAS ADDED THEM TO HIS!!!

He has accessed BestPaidEmail and deleted my acct after I bought him
out on MulahMail, he has accessed my admin and deleted numerous accts of
which thankfully were backed up prior to deletion!! He has accessed
GetRichByEmail admin panel as well, changing paid links and deleting
members. He is hopping around trying to bring each site down, I also believe
him to be behind the loss of my PayPal for false claims of no product!
We also have proof that hes
FRAUDULANTLY trying to cause host problems!!!

WHY...BECAUSE HES LOSING! WE ARE DOING BETTER AND HES NOT LIKING IT!

SO THERE YOU HAVE IT...YOU NEED TO KNOW THAT HES MAKING ACCTS DISAPPEAR
AS WELL AS THREATING ME, APRIL, SAPPH, & OTHERS!!

Dont believe me...we have evidence of his irrational behavior...we

Below is a copied extract of DollarsByEmail defence against MulahMail & GetRichByEmail. I have been hearing that more & more members are cancelling their accounts with DollarsByEmail & his other programs because they believe MulahMail & GetRichByEmail.


It has come to our attention that 2 former business partners are now
engaging in name-calling, mudslinging and accusations of scam and fraud
against us. We have had multiple business partnerships, some of which
were posted on our website. We got into some disputes, as happens with
any partnership, and now there is bad blood between us and some of our
business partners. Specifically an e-mail distributed by 2 paid email
companies, in which they makes very specific accusations against us of
scam, hacking and fraud. We see no need to answer their specific
accusations because it only gives creditibility to them, but would like to
mention that the IP address referred to as proof does not belong to our
ISP. We hope members who have seen this e-mail can see that the tone of
the e-mail is that of an emotional and irrational person.

Before we were business partners, we were very close friends with these
people. We have tried to help multiple people by financing their
website because we thought they would be responsible website owners who were
just down on their luck. Unfortunately we see that you have to be
careful about whom you help and trust, and that close friends do not
necessarily make good business partners. We now see that some people really
aren't fit to run their own business and, in fact, can do harm when put
in such a powerful position. These are hard lessons to learn and we are
very hurt by these accusations and the betrayal by former close
friends.

The main point we want to make to members is that you should not
believe accusations made by one webmaster/business partner against another.
The proper way to settle disputes is in a meeting or a courtroom, not by
public mudslinging. The fact that people have chosen to take this route
says something about their professionalism, business ethics and morals.
It also opens them up to a slander/libel lawsuit.

How can a website with a $1 minimum payout be a scam or owned by a
scammer? We were one of the first websites to have a $1 minimum payout and
1000 referral levels because we truly wanted to create a program that
would help members earn money. Even now, after multiple copycats, there
are very few websites with these benefits. Our websites are not just
about us making money. They are about helping others make money. We have
already paid people. We even paid people who were not expecting to be
paid with our surprise payment to forum users. This is a low profit
business and sometimes we wonder if hassles like this are worth the small
amount of money we make. However, we believe our members will see that
we are one of the best money-making programs around and will not believe
false accusations by people who are trying to drag others down in their
descent.

We do not like having to bring up such unpleasant issues like this but
felt it necessary that we let members know something about what was
going, rather than having them exposed to only one side of the story, the
wrong side.

Please forward any emails you have received regarding any accusations
made against our administration to webmaster@dollarsbyemail.com. We will
then start legal proceedings against all involved.

We stand behind everything we have said and have documented e-mail, msn
logs, and other forms of proof as well as the software he created which
I see he had not mentioned in his email...LIL hard to deny that 1.

We are going to break down his email written to you by Wayne and also
give you a little more info on this scammer:

April wasn't a business partner first off.

He doesnt want to answer to you, not us. As for the IP, the IP
originates in the UK and IP's can also be changed frequently through ISPs, and
it blindly points at him because he's the only person I know there that
knew my BPE acct on top of it and had way of gaining BPE admin.

UMMM, yea...wouldnt you start getting a little sick of accts
disappearing for no reason, big accts...and always having to move your site
around, and constantly hearing how hes planning his next step against
you...this guy is absolutely nutz! LOGGED BY THE WAY

Very True! Thats why we are telling our members and other CAC

Its wierd that April and I never even knew each other before this
happened, only after it was done to both of us did we realize what he's
doing.
Yes maybe not believe 1 person but 2 that had never even known each
other...C'mon

Please, thats what we want, we are going to countersue you and we both
have enough to prove that slanderous accusations have not been made
because its all true!

Like he'd take from his own members...hes too busy taking from our
members!!

Also that statement he made is a lie because he fixed his lotto 1 day,
there was a $1000 winner that he gave like $10 to...and about 4 of us
can vouge for that so he is stealing from his own members! How many paid
links do you have to click before one actually gets credited..timer
sensitive and all those..are you being paid?? At least we are honest
enough to show the amount of cents.

HMMM, wants to know exactly what we got on him, must be pretty scared
right now.

Any of you may ask me for his program...Id like you to see what his
capabilities are. Also, you should know that if anyone is unbalanced, it's
certainly him.....he has tried several times to o.d. and now thats he's
got so much competition everywhere, he tries to bring 'em down little
by little.

So be your own judge and think to yourself if this is the kind of
person you want to do business with...he is a liar and a scammer and we'll
be happy to go to court, he deserves to pay for his crimes and
fraudulent activity.
