You need to learn how to determine this on your own without having to ask others....it's really very simple. Make a note of how many members are in the program....then go to their advertising page and check their rates. See how much they charge for certain valued emails to all or a certain # of members. Compare how much the ad will 'cost' the PO with how much they charged for the ad.....if you get a comparison of something like $250 cost and $1.50 charged.....that's a fairly good sign that you will never get paid by that site.

Why?

Simply put -- because they're so deeply in debt, they cannot possibly pay you or anyone else.

Checking this sort of thing will help you avoid junk programs (Bank Mails for example). It's really important for all of us to know how to 'run these numbers' before signing up for any program.

Other thing to do, is do a search of all forums here and type in the name of the program. It will show you a list of topics that contained talk of those programs. A lot will just be people mentioning it, but in the case of some, such as bank-mails, you'll see how many people out there have dropped that program.
