Anyone else have trouble getting any support from this one?

I contacted them once about getting an invalid ID error when I try to log my paid e-mails.

They replied once...but didn't give any answers/attempt to fix the problem.

I sent another message a few days ago & haven't heard a peep.

Anyone else getting invalid ID errors or anything similar?

I've only had to email them once for support when my password messed with their scripts but they were very quick to respond and help me get the problem straight.

Anyone knows the current earnings stat is correct or not?
Something is very strange..

I tried to contact them a week or 2 ago, and never got a response. I was not capable of logging in, and I would have my login info sent to me, but it was invalid as well

I can log into my account...but can't log the e-mails themselves.

I got one very vague e-mail after the first contact....but when i replied I got nothing back....and nothing from a second attempt.

Yes my stats jumped from $1.00+ to over $20 now in not quite 2 days. I emailed them but no response yet. I just cashed out so that is not possible considering I've only received 2 paid emails from them since I've cashed out and 1 was for points.

After adding the Point section to the site - I made a huge mistake. Some accounts were reading wrong in account balances only, and I needed to correct this before it goes to extreme. This update should not take long - I have to upload some backup files. I need to wait until I can get access to these backups which will be no longer than 24 hours.

Keep all paid/point emails as you WILL be able to complete them when the site is re-opened.

I hope that all of automaticcash.net's problems go away soon. It seems like a decent program.

I think the bugs have been worked out now. My e-mails are logging just fine for the time being.

Everything seems to be working there now, but they did change the point mail redemption from 250 to 1000 pts. without any warning. Yesterday it was 250, today it is 1000. I had more than 350 pts. I was saving for an ad for a program I started yesterday, but I couldn't get the URL for it until today. Now I can't get the free ad. That just sucks!!

Yup it does suck!! But just more of the same old thing, get people signed up and then change your terms. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

Have you tried contacting the WM. Pointing out how close you were? Ask the WM to be fair and give you that one advertising at the old rate. Be polite. If the reponse back is no, then decide to either quit or stay. Me if I didn't get it after a polite request. I would send of one last e-mail stating that because the WM was behaving in a unjust and unfair manner that I will be quitting his site.
