When you try to surf for hits/cash, you get this message:

QUOTE
From our Support Team (9;44 AM (EST) Friday):
"Well, I've discovered the source of our problems on the cluster...the nfs CPU died this evening. I have an old database up so that your site will run until I can get a new machine working and the information offloaded. Hopefully, this will be completed within the next two hours, but I'll send an email as soon as I get back here, to let you know what is going on."

We are waiting at this point. Undoubtedly, because they put up an old database, stats are going to be completely wrong. Don't bother updating links, etc. as the last current information will be re-loaded once they get a new machine in the server cluster. I disabled surfing, because the Stats wouldn't be preserved anyway. At least, I've been able to get *this* message to you all.

Not bad Clickers! You actually BROKE a 4-server cluster by clicking so much! Don't worry too much, we're as anxious to get back up and see just how many clicks we CAN produce as you are! I've given the Support Team Carte Blanche on fixing this problem and ensuring reliable 24/7 functionality. If it can be done, it will be done. And heck, computers can do anything, right?

- Fred

I hope they're back ASAP!
