I read somewhere that I can pay adwords (google) solely with credit card.
Is this correct? Or are the also other payment methods possible? If so which?
On forehand thanks so much for any information.
Wish you a great day!

this is taken from the help section on Adwords support page.
What are my payment options?
Google AdWords currently accepts major international credit cards, debit cards, direct debit, and bank transfer payments. Payment options available depend on your country and currency. Visit our payment options page to view all options currently offered.
Please note that the most widely available method of payment is by credit card, such as Mastercard and Visa, accepted internationally, and debit cards. In certain countries where credit cards are not widely used, we also offer direct debit and bank transfer payment methods. Depending on the payment method that suits your locale, you may also have the option to pay for your advertising prior to receiving clicks (prepay) or afterwards (post-pay).
* Post-pay allows you to pay only after users click on your ads and you accrue charges. Your ads run almost immediately after you submit your billing information. When you activate your post-pay AdWords account by submitting your billing information, your ads start running. You are then given an initial credit limit (starting at $50) that allows your account to run before you pay for any of the clicks you receive. You are then charged every 30 days or after reaching your credit limit, whichever comes first. If you reach the credit limit within 30 days, we will charge you and raise your credit limit.
* Prepay allows you to pay in advance of receiving any clicks. As you receive clicks, we deduct the charges from your prepaid balance. Your ads run almost immediately after we receive your payment. If your account runs out of funds, your ads will stop running until you make another payment, so be sure to regularly check your account balance. To help you keep your account balance up-to-date, we'll email you when your funds run low and when your balance draws down to zero.

Thanks so much dzschay
When I check on google I come at the Dutch google which is slighty different and payment methods I couldn't find at all. I saw on a clickbank site that it was only credit card and such. (Weird that at the Dutch site -I can't even logon to the English one for ad words- I first have to fill in all my data before I can even see how I can pay

... but it might be me that I didn't see it well, although I think I checked well).
Unfortunately no intgold e-gold paypal stormpay or such ...

They accept paypal virtual debit card. Go to paypal, withdraw, then you will see a "Virtual debit card", and they will give you your "debit card number" and the expiration date. Give that to Google and it'll work |
Unless Google requires the 3 digit verification from the back of the credit card. For some reason, PayPal didn't think to include that information for their virtual card.

They do ask for it, but they don't require it. I did this at google adwords, and used my paypal virtual debit card, and didn't fill in any 3-digit verification. And it worked |
Ok, I guess that clears that up then... lol

I'm assuming this thread was moved here, unless I've not noticed these folders for months....
