From now onwards, all normal members must have 5% of their total earnings inorder to be legal to cashout.

We are implementing a 5% redemption request rule -
what this means is that you will need to have 5% of the request payment amount be from your own earning for the period. Example: if you request $10 payment, you will need to have $0.50 from your earning. Your personal earning could be from the click-through, any credits you received from us. THIS DO NOT APPLY TO GOLD MEMBERS.
