Unexplained deleted posts, domain information becomes blank, unanswered support emails, cancelled accounts when payments are requested with excuses. Are these the signs of another scam?

The whois information on the site disappeared, now all blank. Accounts cancelled, the company claiming all of the users have the same IP address after taking money away from the account several times before this, support emails gone unanswered. And here on WePaid.com Support forums @ GetPaidForum, the owner deleted posts regarding the whois information. The current and correct whois information are in the following post.

Want proof that they are cancelling accounts? Look what happened when someone requested a payment:
The account was cancelled and here is a quote from a reply from them regarding the cancellation:
QUOTE
... had 41 accounts of the same ip address, and EVERY SINGLE ONE of the same accounts with the same ip address had numbers which increased by one each time as their password, that's strange, isn't it!

Just got a email from their owner. They have discontinued support folder here.
thejudge
Hello all,

I have indeed stopped the forum, because of the time consumption of upkeep and the constant accusations. Thanks lgwong for everything by the way. Please email me at: wepaid@wepaid.com for any questions whatsoever you want to ask me, because I won't be visiting this forum much from now on. I deleted the info in the whois onfo place because the person who bought the domain lives there, not me, I live in surrey, UK and I'm the one that does everything on the site.

ok, remember, any questions you want to ask me email me at wepaid@wepaid.com and I'll answer you within 24 hours.

Thanks,
Matt.P

So how did he exlpain those number password?
ppprk
He explained nothing

It was just another lie
I knew it was a lie because I talked to ook1209@yahoo.co.kr about this password problem.
His password doesn't have numbers which increased by one each time.
I knew it,but didn't want to say anything until I hear from him what his ISP email address is
I got his ISP email address today(it is ook1209@kornet.net),but when I came here,I saw thejudge already reinstated my account,so said nothing.
