I need a program that is ppc. BUT: it must not matter what the value of my clicks are(ie. I get paid whether or not people signup etc, they won't delete me and say my clicks weren't good enough)

Please post any progs like this here!!

also

any programs that pay you 50cents or more to refer others(affiliate type program)

yeah, I've seen 2 - but I had to have my own domain and I don't.
