ok so as you see the program is AD-PROFIT.COM

when the site was out - 2nd june

i joined and they had 6 members.

looking interested i decided to buy a DIAMOND MEMBERSHIP for 50$

that includes free referals as most of gold memberships

after few hours i noticed i have about 30 referals

on first level and some on 2nd some on 3rd and some on 4th levels

so i said ALRIGHT I GOT A PROMOTERS!!!

1 day after i noticed i have few less referals on 1st level

and no 2nd 3rd and 4th referals

meaning THE PROMOTERS LEFT/ MOVED

after checking the Wm himself told me he moved them

after all this story my downline became my upline!

so here is the list of things you should know :

- THE WEB MASTER LIED TO ME 3 TIMES AND THEN I PROOVED HE LIES SO
HE DISCONNECTED THE MSN!!!!

- THE WEB MASTER MOVED MY DOWNLINE TELLING ME ITS NOT FAIR FOR THEM
IF HE DONT ALLOW THEM TO MOVE!!

- THE WEB MASTER KEEPED LIEING IN ANY CHANCE HE GOT!!!

- HE MOVED THE DOWNLINE CUZ HIS FRIEND MARCINFOREVER ASKED!!!!

- I SENT ABOUT 6 ADS ON DIFFRENT SITES AND THE WM TELL ME IF
I TAKE REFUND I GET ONLY 2 REFERALS IN MY DOWNLINE
WHEN I ASKED FROM HIM TO PROOVE IT HE SAY NOT NOW = cheater+scammer

- THE GUY THAT MOVED UPLINE IS BIZMAN AND HE SAY HE WANT ONLY
UPLINE THAT PAY HIM AND HE DONT CARE I WAS HIS UPLINE. - greedy.

- THE WEB MASTER EVERY MINUTE SAY WAIT I TALK WITH 2ND WEBMASTER
I ASKED TO TALK WITH THE 2ND AND HE DONT LET ME

MOST IMPORTANT THING!!!!! -

- I ASKED FOR REFUND -> MR ANSWER SAY THEY PAID ME BACK
I CHECK EGOLD AND NOTHING!!!!!!!!


still no refund = DONT BUY ANYTHING THERE
DONT TALK WITH THIS WEB MASTER

Did you PM this info to SurfJunky? Hopefully something can be done for you from this end, or at least punish those that abused the rules here.

he told me he paid me for 10 minutes

and gave me FALSE BATCH NUMBER

when i told him show me some proof

so he left for few moments

and told me go check your egold

so he paid evantulay

but thats after trying TO SCAM ME!

Well if you were paid back your upgrade fee the matter is closed. Not saying the site deserves any praise for doing the right thing, but no sense in drawing this out.

because, i wanted to join withou upline and get many refs becuase program was new! So i joined and saw that i have upline, said to wm that he could change it and he did. I asked it, if he wouldn't changed it i would be canceled my acc and when i would be found my upline i would signup'ed again and say that i need marcin as my downline.

galgalgal, as i said i didn't want to have upline, so i said to wm that he must change it to NO UPLINE, i need to find good upline withc could pay me ref bonuses, because i would go bankrupt if nobody pays me refs bonuses, becuase i`m paying refs bonuses to my 1lewel refs. So it`s fear by me ?? to go bankrupt? and so on... ??

That was completely wrong! Period. Downlines should never be moved out from under people. Especially when they PAY for an upgrade. Mr. Answers. You might of appeased a big promoter, but you have ticked off a lot of little members and someone like me who will never join your program now.

so because you owe other members for joining they take galgal's downline and give it to you?? am I understanding this crud right?

heh, i joined and got galgalgal as upline, but i joined without upline becuase i wanted to change it later!!!!! i didn''t know there is Goldmembers , so i thout i`ll get NO UPLINE. Jorgy I agree with you 100%! It's not fair what so ever and it is disgusting! I defintiely have no problem warning other about this program! This shouldn't be allowed at all. I don't see where this person is fit to be a WM. And Biz if he did this to galgal, don't you think he will do it to you for the right price?

The one unbreakable rule of the otherwise ehtics-free environment of MLM's is that "Thou Shalt NOT mess with Downline Genealogy".

Bizman, you are in the wrong on this, period. And so is the PO - and I don't give a flying Fig Newton about how many people claim that these people are honest, their actions have just shown that they are in fact not.

I mean, even the mongrels who run pyramid schemes disguised as MLM's wouldn't dare do this - so I'm surprised that there are people here who not only do it, but also run around trying to defend such indefensible and irresponsible, unethical actions.

I understand the WM and the person who had his upline changed. Not that I agree to what they did.
Bizman - if you wanted to do this from the beginning you could use the WM, or one of your friend's ref link to signup temporarily.
IMO moving downlines is ok as long as both sides agree (meaning that the upline agrees to loose his referrals)
What you did was awful and i won't say anything more...
Just shame on you...

But since you made an agreement, the money was returned we might as well forget about all that, as I trust it will never happen again...

back to topic: if the person joined without an upline he should have been placed under a gold member. if he hoped to be paid for his refs he should have already had an upline in place when he joined the program.

too much of this "how much will you pay" and THEN joining.

GalGalGal buys a gold membership which gives him free referrals
He gets BizMan under him as a benefit from his gold membership.
The webmaster takes back the free referral that GalGalGal takes ?

I really don't think that program is worth joining at all !

Look, it is a simple case. Biz Man, you screwed up. 1st rule of refx if you are going to do this is to make sure with WM that you have no upline, if you have an upline you are not able to move (And please, this happens all the time so no comments about if a gold they should go there, if the WM wants promoters support they join without an upline.

In this case Biz Man the WM screwed up and you got caught. Once you are assigned an upline, GPF says no moving. If you want galgal to let you go then you should compensate him. But just because you and the WM made mistakes doesn't mean galgal should pay for them...

And if you can't afford to pay for refs without an upline, you should never hire them to begin with.
