This is both a good and bad news.
Bad news is March payment will be delayed for up to 5 days because of site work.
Good news is you will get 1% extra as compensation for not paying ontime. I don't mind waiting for up to 5 more days.

To all IPTL April payment delivery qualifiers...
Due to the current unexpected IPTL site work which has had to be done over this past week we sincerely regret to inform you that there will be a brief delay (expected to be no more than 5 days) in getting the April cash payments processed and delivered by IPTL.
This is the first time we have ever had to delay the delivery of any cash payments, and we hope it is the last time it will ever prove necessary. The unexpected but needed site work has occurred too close to the end of the month to avoid this delay.
You deserve your IPTL cash payments in a timely manner, so in order to compensate you for this necessary delay in processing time we are adding 1% to your net delivered amount (which for the delay time should work out to somewhere between 70% to 100% per annum). That should be a better than usual yield on your funds, and it will demonstrate good-faith on the part of IPTL.
A few words to you on our current site work, if you are interested:
The code design engineers who originally set up certain features of our extremely complicated IPTL database did not always design it perfectly, or even in the best way possible every time. Of course, not all database problems show up until a much heavier load is consistently placed on them. Consequently we are discovering some hidden weaknesses showing up as our numbers of users increases dramatically.
At this time we are moving as quickly as possible to install much better hardware and software to address these weaknesses which have popped up late in April. We should be back online later today (April 29), or early tomorrow. The good news is that every time we find some hidden vulnerability in our massive database system and make the changes necessary to correct it, the better the site will run overall and the fewer times the site will have to be offline in the future. The bad news is that we thought we had addressed virtually all such weaknesses in our code and in our hardware during our long upgrade work schedule which was completed late in January. We know how frustrating it is for our members to have the site working speedily and smoothly for nearly three months, and then to have it suddenly go offline for days at a time late this month. It is frustrating and a setback for us as well. If we had any choice, we would never take the site offline at any time.

I am not a happy camper with this get paid program. They claim that for Gold Members you can earn unlimited points for taking quizzes and that once you are done a level it should reset. Well, before this upgrade, it was reseting, but now it will not reset the level for me. I have emailed them, but no response as of yet. This makes me mad because I was making 1000 points/hour before and now I am at a stand still. Paying my membership fee gives me the priveldge to be angry at this. Anyone else having same problem as me?

Delayed again but extra 2%!

Well , guess what ? IPTL again delay April Payouts by another few days
Here's their email to me :
"Hi to all of our April payment qualifiers from IPTL.
We hope you received our email we sent to you on April 29 stating
that there would be a delay in our processing and sending out the
cash payments that would normally go out on April 30. We estimated
at that time it could be 5 days or so of delay, and we will be
adding 1% to the cash amount as a gesture of appreciation for you
having to wait this time.
Our payment processing system is still giving us a problem with
the changeover of server and new code work. We are behind by a few
days of where we had hoped to be with that as of today, May 4.
We don't want to take advantage of our members who are waiting for
their payments, so we are going to ask your continued patience for
what should only be a matter of a few more days, and we will be
doubling the late interest to 2% of the payment amount when the
payments are sent.
Please don't email us about the timing, or send PayPal request for
funds, as that will not benefit either you or IPTL, but will just
make extra work. We will send you another email when the payments
are ready to go, hopefully within 5 more days or less, but that is
just our educated guess at this time.
Thanks again for your understanding during this unique situation.

Well, I am not surprised with IPTL's set back in delayed payments. People paying for Gold Membership are promised unlimited points just by doing quizzes, but unfortunately that is impossible when the level will not reset when completed. I sent three messages to them inquiring about my problem and they have not fixed the problem nor have they contacted me in response to my inquires. They say you will not run out of quizzes, but appearently I ran out in 2 days. What should I do from here?
