What's the best way I can get referrals without paying. Right now I am using up all my points to advertise on different sites. What else can I do?

Well, lots really.
If you have your own site, and it appears in Yahoo first page for good searches (money, earning) then you are in the top stairs to heaven.
If not, much more had work.
Try safelists (but only really good ones), TrafficExchanges (change the ones you use often), and exchsnge links with similar sites.
If you dont have a site, get out of it or just PM and I wil get you a site to get referrals.

Then go to a grocery store, laundromat, music store, or any place where they have those free community or special interest newspapers. Most of them will give you free classified advertising as long as the ad is short. Put your short URL in there, have the ad say "get free money for reading email" or something similar. Lots of grocery and department stores also have free community corkboards, put the url on a card and pin it up.

Make a website, and have it at number one listing with google. No better way to get referrals than that.
Just go to google and search for "free safelists" and you will get some good ones.
