If you are from either USA, UK or Canada, you can earn at least $11 from SAS if you surf 500 pages a day. If you also promote the site as well, you could make at least $15 a month and get that paid by the end of the month.

go for misty and sams cash....its the best...then there are no minimums which pay every month....but those arent such high earners
Gainmail, you can make $3 in less than a month. You can probably make payout on your own twice a month if you click every link. They only accept members from searching countries.
Hauling Cash has a $5 payout and is one of the fastest earners. You can make payout in less than a month on your own.
Misty and Sam's is $10 and they are sending a lot of paid targeted searches, so if you can do those, you will reach payout quickly.
I also recommend Charmed Cents. It has a higher payout of $35 but is very reachable and this program is a proven payer.
Edited to add: Charisma Cash, same owners as Charmed Cents, with a very reachable $7 payout. Both Charmed and Charisma have good PTCs sections, and I clean those out just about every day. It really adds up fast.

I didnt say it was a good program I said if the person wanted to earn $20 a month. Not one of the other programs mentioned in this thread will the OP earn $20 a month without referrals. Do a search on Misty and Sams and without referrals it will take you 3-4 months to earn the payout maybe a bit less if you they send out more mail. It was a topic awhile back when I mentioned in the first few weeks I was there I had a whooping .38 cents in my account after several weeks of clicking.
There is not one program I know of without referrals a person can earn $20 a month from.
You want to earn payout on a few well sign up with the no min sites or the pay to click sites with .20 cent payouts and .50 cent payouts, but in reality there is not one site listed here besides AYS one can earn $20 a month without referrals. AYS though is 5.5 months behind on payments, only pays via check, doesnt answer emails to its members period and in my opionion is not the best program either. Just was mentioning in the list of programs it is the only one the OP could actually make what they were asking for in money a month without referrals.

Therefore, there is a lot more mail and it's much easier to reach payout. It used to be about 3 emails a day, not it's 10 or more. I'm so happy because I love this program. The payout is so quick is just about automatic.

But you didnt make $20 in 1 month did you? This is what the OP was asking. Sites that pay $20 with no referrals monthly. No way can anyone earn with Misty and Sams $20 in one month with no referrals even with more emails and searches.

I never said I made $20 in one month. I was offering some very good sustainable programs where you can reach payout quickly AND get paid.

yes somethimes it is one method to reach money in gptr program...results are miscellaneous.

For searches, try redeeming first. You kind of need to test sites first.
Good sites for searches: Gainmail, Search4Gold. Try redeeming with these. You can only join if you are from a searching country, though.
Misty and Sam's is a good place for targeted searches. See all the threads about it in the promotions forum. Look through that forum because search results is discussed in great detail.
