I tried to log into my account at CompDough.com today and it was gone! I emailed them and they claim they are not accepting free email addresses anymore like hotmail or yahoo. I didn't get any warning that they were going to delete all account with a free email address!

So now I've lost all my referrals and earnings! I think they're most likely another scam that will find an excuse for deleting accounts so they don't have to pay!!!

How are they going to tell if it is a free email account or not?
I know I pay $30.00 a year for my Yahoo Account!

Glad I quit - I couldn't take it anymore. The emails got to be less and less and with fewer links. The site was slow and I kept winning prize credits for clicking on links but never saw them on my account.
BOOOO for them - thats nasty - sorry to hear that happened to you

really?I get between 3-5 emails from them daily and recently redeemed for 500 visitors and the webmaster was extremely helpful and very fast in responding when i had a problem...
I guess each one of us just has a different experience when it comes to different ptrs

I am about 25 cents from cashout, I'll cross my fingers, but in their defense, I had received 3-4 emails from them about free email addresses not being allowed. You must have just missed it.

I like Compdough.. although I must admit when they changed their TOS I was peeved because I was sure my account was going to get deleted so quickly redeemed for an ad.. I got a response straight away saying we can honour your ad if you like but we have nothing against NZ and will be adding them to our list of countries who CAN stay in the program..
Needless to say I was quite happy and kept my money and a few weeks back redeemed for $10 egold (which they quickly paid)..
As for the free email addresses thing it has been on their website for quite some time and I get at least 1 email a day (its also been in all the emails they have been sending so if you missed it your eye sight must be going lol)...
I think the problem is that alot of free email providers are blocking services such as Compdough because they consider it spam therefore mail is continually bouncing back.. now I know if I was a webmaster/site owner that I would be totally peeved at spending hours each day clearing my mailbox of bounced messages!
So I guess to finish off (maybe I should write a novel huh?) that we need to be a little less judgemental of sites actions and think a little more about the hassle on their end?? I know for a fact that hotmail have limited their space for free accounts quite dramatically and if you are with the likes of tasias your email could fill up over night.

Many of the free e-mails like hotmail are reducing their levels of storage per member
so after just a few e-mails they begin auto rejecting them because your account has reach its max. One busy ptr can easly fill it up and start the rejections.

I had the same problem, tried to login and nothing so i email them and i got my account back with earnings and referrals. I never noticed the change of terms or got an email stating the terms were changed which i thought sucked but i got it back in the end.
