Whats with this webmistress?

I don't know how many people read my complint about the quiz on MoneySurplus, and the fact that I got ALL five question correct, yet never received the prize of a "Gold membership" that was promised to the only person getting all 5 answers.

Well anyway, after countless email and threats to expose the site as a scam, Heidi actually got back to me and we apologised to each other, she also promised I would now get a Gold Membership, straight away and to send her the free advert link and the banner to show.

Great I thought! So I sent my supposed 1 cent email and my banner to run! and this was about a week ago.

Well, I know for a "FACT" this advert was never run, I don't even know if my banner is being shown on her site, but thats another story...

Now for the latest episode...

Tonight I received a paid email off MoneySurplus and when I clicked through, I got the "username does not exist" message.

So iwent to the site to try and login, once again "username does not exist" message.

So I requested my password, as you do in situations like this, I was then told my email doesn't exist on their database???

Really? So it looks like after all the chasing Heidi around and all the sorting out and appologies, it now apperas my account has been deleted???

Very nice, so Heidi, if you visit this forum, do me a favour!

Stick the gold membership and my account where the sun doesn't shine, as I find your atitude a disgrace and I'd just LOVE to hear why my account appears to have been deleted!!!

Also, if my account no longer exists, why am I getting paid emails off the site and also a new quiz email, whats the point in running quizzes, if you don't keep the promise of the prizes on offer????

This site was under "construction" over the weekend.

I can't access mine either, nor can my daughter.

Perhaps, this is the reason.

Maybe thats the case and thanks for that, but I was told by her my advert would be run over a week ago!

The thing is, if the sites not working properly, why is she sending out paid emails and quizzes tonight?

Wait a minute ... I also got all 5 answers correct on that quiz. She wouldn't give me the gold membership saying that getting all 5 correct by the same person wasn't required, just who was FIRST in getting in the answer to that certain question was important. I reread the contest rules, as well...and that is NOT what the rules stated.


Now, I'm going to write her myself on this. She should have put our names in a hat or gone by the dates the emails were received, or given us BOTH gold memberships.

Yeah, regarding the quiz...

I only clicked on when I received an email the next day saying a certain user had won with four correct answers...

I mailed them and got no reply, to tell you the truth, I wasn't that bothered until I was told the prize was a Gold Membership, I thought it would be something stupid like 5,000 banner shows, etc...

As I've already said, why run a quiz if you've no intention in awarding the prizes on offer?

Hope you have better luck sorting it out than what I did, it took me about 10 emails to get through to her, she then tried to say I hadn't emailed her, then she tried to make out I used the on-site email form to answer the questions, when I never, I just hit reply, I actually still had the email I'd sent her with the answers on in my sent folder! So I had proof and she couldn't deny it!

Hi everyone,

i also can't login to MoneySurPlus since the site is back online again yesterday *sniffle*
I already mailed her (Heidi) yesterday evening European time, but didn't get respond, today (bout 2 hrs. ago, after i recived another not working paid mail) i mailed again.

Hope she can get the site running again fast, else i'll really get a crisis!!!

Thanks Pluto~~I think I will keep my little 18 member downline and leave it at that!! lol

Hopefully there is just a glitch in thier system and will be fixed soon so you all can get back into your accounts

I know how FRUSTRATING it is to have a large downline and then *poof* your deleted mysterioulsy from the program!

Well you had me curious too because I've been getting deleted from quite a few GPTREM this week all with the same bogus excuse "you never confirmed" - anyhow this is one account that is still there *phew*

Yes, sometimes it's really too bad!
I've also been deleted from another gptre-program a few weeks ago where i had about 200 referrals!
The "webmaster" apologized, cuz he deleted me accidently while deleting pending accounts and started to rebuild my account step by step, now i'm up again to 49 refs. Why it takers so long time? Well, he's a newbie in this business and didn't make any more backups after he failed with his first try to backup membership!

But he promised, it will not happen again (also in his own interest, cuz now HE has a lot of work, rebuilding my account ai.gif )

I also save all welcome-mails, but at moneysurplus i was already afraid, this could happen, so i also made screen-shots from my account earning informations every few days, cuz i have an incredible downline there which i don't wanna lose (it's the biggest downline i ever reached in a gptre-program!)
So i really hope, the site will be working soon again correct.

After i send a 3rd eMail (now also as copy to support@moneysuplus.com and advertising@moneysurplus.com) i recived this Mail from her:

Well, i told her this wouldn't have happend if she had inform her members before the site was down or at least right after the site was back and asked her again, what she's doing now to get the 'closed' accounts back working.

my account was gone too, but i mailed her and got a response that everything is fine again, and yes, i checked and i could log in and everything in my account is fine.
I think some people jump a little too fast, but hey, that is just my opinion

Just got a reply myself, I can now login, which is good.

She also said my advert was ran on Monday, whether this is true, I don't know, as it was a Search to all members and looking at my SearchTimes stats, there doesn't seem to have been much activity there.

UPDATE: Just checked the site and my advert HAD gone out, but has only received 384 Clicks, which would explain the low earnings. Saying that, the advert must have gone out whilst everyones accounts were down ah.gif meaning my advert has probs been wasted.

Also, the thing about my banner, lol, the second I logged in there was my banner!

So I take back SOME of my complaints...

First I won the contest and was told someone else had, to whom had LESS answers than what I did.

I was then told I never entered or emailed her, to which I did, we finally got that sorted out after LOTS of emails sent to each other.

Then I try and login and my account had been deleted!

So despite withdrawing my complaint, I still think Heidi should think before having quizzes and promising things, etc, as she may not be able to keep the site going, and should she cause more users to complain, then more users will probs leave the site.

Maybe, we should give him/her a little bit much time to fix all the problems.

because it's very possible for anybody to slump into troubles and problems.

Yes, sure it needs some time to fix real problems, but do we already know, which problems she has? Me not!

When the site was back i only recived the contest mail and one paid mail, but not a single word why the site was down and also, after i mailed her few times and now she responded 2 times, no word about the "why" nor "what" she will do to fix the problems, no matter i asked especially for that!

It seems, her mailing-database is still ok, so why didn't she send a mail to all members to explain what happend? then we wouldn't need to talk here in the "Complaints"-section about this program.

I do understand your frustration, i really do. I had such a day too that different accounts were lost, and i went more ###### every time i saw an other one was gone.
Sorry if you took my post wrong, my english isnt that good tho, so maybe i said it wrong.

No LaRocca, no offence taken and I didn't take it the wrong way, I was just explaining why I was pi**ed off with the webmistress, but I've been in contact with her and she's explained herself, which is fine by me...

She's just having a few teething problems, hopefully all will be well from now on aa.gif

I like Money Surplus as well. Even though for a while I was beginning to doubt, since I was clicking on all the banners everyday, had a large downline, and was close to cashout.
Then I couldn't log in, inquired plainly (no attitude), and got a slighty rude email back saying maybe I should delete my account.
The login problem was resolved, however when I check my stats I have less referrals and about $2 less in earnings.
So I have sort have lost my spirit for this program right now. Let me know if anyone gets a payout, and maybe I will get it back!

I also like MoneySurPlus, especially the great paid2click-section.
But since this morning (here it is already 5 p.m. now) the site is down again!

And when i last logged in yesterday late nite i still missed about 500 referrals. I also was not too far from payout so i still hope, she (owner Heidi) can fix the problems soooooooon! ai.gif
