In an email to it's members the webmaster of T-T-T Email decides to withdrawal e-gold as a payment option for earnings and advertising

QUOTE
Sorry to be sending ANOTHER email that doesn't apply to EVERYONE,
but I think this is important to note.  Effective immediately, I'm
terminating the use of eGold for purchase of ads as well as for
payout.  I know of the advantages of eGold over PayPal for the account
holders who allow their funds to accumulate.  But when THIS {see
following message sent to TombMailer admin} is how they treat ACTIVE
accounts, I'm not going to be associated with something like that.

My apologies for the inconvenience to those who prefer to use eGold.
Like I said I understand why YOU want to use it, I need for you
to understand why a webmaster CAN'T.

If this is going to cause some of you to discontinue your memberships,
I bid you farewell with no ill will.  May you find better opportunities.

Ok today I got a notice from egold that my account is set at a $500 limit.

Why?? I have no clue as i rarely use egold or have any transactions with them.

Just don't send me $500 and will be good to go! If you do there
going to shut my account down.

(looks like egold is not going to be an option later down the road if they close my account.)

That would totally be a bummer!

Nice to see news reported in here about small PTRE's.

When I sent an email to FA a hundred years ago when I first started up about something regarding PJ, she told me PJ was too small to be newsworthy.

Obviously Tipsy is more of a reporter and I am glad. Keep up the good work!!

it was a scam email i emailed e-gold.com abt it and they told me it is scam mail
Brenda@PJ
I didn't keep the email I got, but I knew it was a scam because of the poor grammar and spelling.

I don't think I have EVER received a scam email with good grammar and spelling, or that didn't say something stupid that contradicted what I knew.

The thing that happens is that people panic and don't read them carefully. I got the same email but just to make sure I checked with Cynthia of Letterwealth to see if she got it and felt it was a scam too.
