About 3 days ago I tried to log in, but received an error message: "email address not in database".
I emailed them twice, but got no reply.
Probably they've deleted my account, although I was an honest member.
I was at $19.20...

I had about 7$ in my account and I can't login to my account too...

I could log in just now, but boy did I lose a lot of referrals...39 on Level 2 and nearly $3 in earnings.

SuperDollarDepot sent the following out last week. Doesn't excuse disappearing accounts though! Doesn't excuse the fact that other CAC programs updated their scripts many months ago either. Bit behind the times this lot.

Look,because of an error they werent aware of in the system,i was overpaid money that wasnt mine and now my account is -6...which means everyday i have to repay it back indirectly from all the emails i receive.They didnt ask me to send back the money they overpaid me,and frankly i could quit now when my account is negative but iw ont coz those guys were good to me when i requested my $20 from them(i had it in less than an hour)...so yeah,to me thats life or honesty if u wish.

What does that have to do with their responsibility to keep everyones accounts straight? Don't they even make backups of account information? Doesn't matter how nice and sweet they are. They could be canidates for sainthood. What matters is business common sense, create often new backups of members accounts information.

Excusing these type of things because gee their nice people, or its just a error. By a fan or fans of the owner doesn't restore lost earnings and referals. Thats whats the topic is about. People got rip off, even if its a accident so what? Anyone who doesn't on a regular basis make account backups runs the risk of losing members data information. New WM need a training guide with hints to protect all members.
Its just as easy for a honest person to do this by accident as a dishonest person doing it by intent. Only they know the truth which one it was.

I've made my decision so to me this is a dead issue...

I often wonder why certain people make excuses for WM that have been hurt members cash balances, referals, or accounts lost. Why don't you just let the wemaster post and explain. When I see someone coughing up these silly excuses I often think why? What is their motive? Wouldn't it be just be more logical if their freinds with the WM to just contact him/her. In hopes to get these problems fixed and restore members accounts. Instead to often the issue gets side tract from the orginal post.

2. "i was overpaid". No, You wasn't overpaid, you just lost a lot of referrals from (now) nonsupported countries and their earnings. Many people from this forum said they are in minus balance. It predicate about amount of lost accounts.

To often in this forums others are stepping up making lame excuses for the WM when these type of problems occur.
After you posted your problems and others posted theirs with program it should be a forum rule that no one posts offering excuses if their not connected to the program. Like how would they know whats going on? Let the WM answer the posts.
Perhaps create a staff position in this forum to contact these webmasters informing them of the problems/complaints posted.
Then perhaps heated posts will be reduce and topics will stay on course. An these
mind readers will stick to reading their own minds.

Not sure about this but lemme try to explain a bit -- well at least part of it . Anyone with a better explaination and more experience , please chime in and correct me . I can take it ... I think

The way I understand it , some of the first Create a Click (CAC) scripts that are used to track a members earnings and DL have a bug in them which inflates the # ref's and earnings in some members DL's . This bug was once explained as some sort of referral lOOp . So keeping the type of back up you are speaking of defeats the purpose of upgrading to better scripts that give the true? picture of a members earnings . Long and short ? Where the scripts are concerned , the members really didn't lose anything they were entitled to as the stats were incorrect . If the new script is purchased , put into place , and used properly , then the program hasn't really taken any true earnings from their members .

I'm not saying this late upgrade is a good thing , or that the WM couldn't have done something to keep members informed earlier , or *whatever* -- I'm not a member . What I am saying is that backing up inflated earnings etc defeats the purpose of better scripts .

As far as the other issues , "unapproved countries" and accounts disappearing , I have no clue . Just wanted to talk about the scripts .

Just an update for all the honest people who lost their accounts...I received this email from SDD,this applies to anyone who isnt interested in petty arguements but would like to get their accounts straightened out,i hope this helps...

Please pay attention the following two explanations:
1. After we debugged the scripts, some members wrote to me saying that
their accounts were lost. If you have friends lost their accounts,
please tell them to write to me to restore their accounts from the backup
files.

2. After the debugging, you may have a negtive balance or "referral
lost". That does not mean that you really lost anything. It just means
that we overpaid you. I manually checked several accounts with big
referral number reducing. The results showed that the scripts worked
precisely.

My two little referrals are now gone....I guess thats what I get for bragging

Hopefully this will explain somewhat what had happened and I am not sticking up for any WM but about a year ago I had changed my email address with SDD. After they had lowered payout, I figured I was probably close to it so I checked. $3.65 cents and I won 50 cents for the 10,000 page view or something like it. I immediately wrote SDD and told them that there was no way after being with them for over a year and a half, and having my sister as a referral, that that was all I should have in my account. So the next day I went in and checked again and $13.00+ in my account but with 2 referrals, both my sister, so I wrote them thanking them for fixing my account but noted that I had 2 referrals and should only have 1. Turns out when they wrote back that they hadn't done anything to my account and their stats noted $3. 65 and 1 referral.
So I checked again and 13+ and 2 referrals, so pondering for a sec, I entered my new email address and voila, $3.65 and 1 referral, my sister. When I changed my email address, it must have created a new account somehow. I wrote them and told them and they transfered my earnings from my new account to my old account. They were very kind to me and I think it's the scripts that had caused these errors and I don't believe they are being unreasonable wanting the money back that they had paid out for the scripts compounding referrals. You shouldn't get paid for the same referral more than once which is what these scripts were doing.
The old scripts made mistakes like this. One person joins under you and they showed this same person as your referral 5 or 6 times. Like max cash 4 u, when my sister signed up under me, it showed up that I had 28 referrals. All of those were her, not her signing up 28 times but the scripts just compounded her I guess.

yeah,that referral thingy happened to me...i had all of my refs listed multiple times giving me the impression that i had 27 refs on level one when in reality i only had 7 so technically i got commission on 27 refs when it should have been on just 7 and now my account is in negative--but thats a small price to pay...

Amazing ! Right after I posted in this thread and mentioned that I was not a member , someone decided that I should be and signed me up . I guess that I am unable to decide these things for myself . Go figure .

The good news is I wrote the Wm and got an answer within 24 hrs .

I have removed that guy's account. He signed with a lot of other people's
emails.

I asked about my referrals and received a quick reply...The top person in my downline removed his/her account therefore removing the others who had signed up under them.

I thought that SuperDollarDepot closed down and refused any new memberships. I thought also that they banned members from most countries from signing up. I think banning members from certain countries is racial discrimination.

Please give us a break,seriously...coz these demands are made by advertisers who target their product toward a specific group..like someone said before...advertisers mainly target the U.S population and in some cases,some countries in Europe...its unfair without a doubt but its not personal and i personally attribute it to the ignorance of the advertisers...

fyi--SDD NEVER closed down,it merely stopped accepting new members for a while but it now accepts new signups

I thought that SUPERDOLLARDEPOT is down, but now I see that these ######s have deleted my account too and STOLEN my earnings. I guess because my country is not in suddenly applied new list of acceptable countries.
No info, no warning to members, they do not take the trouble to answer to any of your questions/complaints.
To waste my time reading their emails my country was good enough, when I am reaching payout it is not acceptable and earnings STOLEN! Verrry convinient way to make money. I wonder how much these thieves got in total with such action?
I recommend to all members take out your earnings if possible and terminate all relations with such fake and rascal site.
All cheated former members - send your complaints also to GPTboycott.com , I suppose tomorrow they find out some new tricks to steal others earning too. Let us get rid of such rascals!

BTW. I tried to sign up again today - ALL COUNTRIES are acceptable on signup! That means they joyfully continue cheating and stealing. Good luck!

superdollardepot also deleted me even though i was honest. i sent emails and of course no replies. i re-signed with them and then sent them an email asking about my previous account. they responded and stated i didn't have enough click-thrus even though i clicked thru and sometimes received error messages. i had $14.51 in my account. i now do not click on their emails because they will do the same thing to me.

I own some other programs (safelists) that pay affiliate comissions.

I have to say that if this kind of thing occured, I would under no circumstances put a member in a negative balance.

After all, the fault is entirely my own if I did not upgrade the scripts when the rest of the industry was learning that they were buggy.

I guess maybe the big difference is - if i have active members I want to KEEP them not find a reason to delete them or get them to leave. And I do believe that asking a member to pay me back for my own error would make most of them leave.

They sent a couple of warnings that people who didn't "click through" would be deleted. Knowing the old scripts they used, I asked in here how they would know that. I didn't get much of an answer from the ones in here that seem to know that script's pitfalls. (As I recall I was questioned had I an interest in cheating sdd.)

Well I was clicking through, and finally reached $20 and guess what. Gone

I am so mad, I am going to email them. 2 Years I did this, and now I reach $20.
