Luckily balance stay intact.

I do not contact people to get their redemption info. They need to be sent at the same time there is a redemption.
If you do not send your advertising information, I put it in a folder marked.. redemptions with no information sent.

Payments will be made as money comes in.

You also did not redeem for cash, you redeemed for ads.
You did not send your ad information through the page.
All you need to do is email your ad information and I will take care of it.
Your redemption will be put in line to be posted.
If you meant to cash out your balance you hit the wrong button.

One additional thing. You just pressed the button to redeem and came in here not even 5 minutes later to complain that I didn't answer you.

At this site at the bottom of the redemption page is a place to fill in your info.
I have missed it too. Be sure to scroll down and fill it in before hitting "redeem".

You could have explained it bette or WITH LARGER LETTERS to avoid this type of misunderstanding.

you will never be paid here so dont hold your breath. the site is very dead and the po needs to learn a few things. i have been waiting for payout for 8 months now and its only 82 cents rounded off .

Actually there is no redemption for you in the cash out folder.
You must be mistaken about requesting payout. And payout requests do not go back 8 months.
