Sorry dvd but calm down plz.Buying ads in a site is a support to the site,based on your trust to the owner in my opinion.Program owners are humanbeens too i guess they also need members' understanding,like you looked for our understanding after your weather-mail died(bad memory...sorry).
With 2K+ members in Aprilgolds and thousands in pearl she's working hard to run her sites.She would make mistake but at least she admits what she owes.She's very respective to work out with.I dunt think its good for you to post in such a way.She has had enough threads to read.

April does NOT respond to her support mail OR her PM's via any forum...she is not a good business womyn by any means and she does not respect her member at all either...I have experienced being a member of her program and as soon as I received my payout, I gladly left her program...
I chose to use my earnings to upgrade in her program as I really liked it...I had a few questions about how to send it my "upgraded ads" and two weeks later I still had not received a response...you would think that when a member spends that kind of money to upgrade in her program that she would atleast have the courtesy to reply to her member...my ads had STILL not been run for 2 weeks and I had already attempted to contact her 2 or 3 times without success...I finally posted at the forum in a thread and needless to say, she doesn't like that...she told me to PM her right away with the info...I PM'ed her as soon as I got the message to do so and I requested to cancel my upgraded membership if my upgrade was not done within 24 hours...3 days later she finally PM'ed me again and said that my upgrade would be done as soon as possible and that I had the option of cancelling my upgrade if I wanted to...duhhhhhhh...she had just read in the PM that I was wanting that...well, within a few hours my upgrade was up and running but they had not put my bonus referral number to get free referrals...I PM'ed back and said I could not believe they had proceeded to upgrade my membership when I had specifically requested to get my earnings put back into my account...within a few hours she gave me a payout of $85 and I then deleted my membership and would NEVER join her program again...I have read many complaints about this site and it had problems from the very start...NOT the type of program that I wish to be a member of...I know WM's are busy...but, when I join a program, I do my part, let them do theirs too and then all will be fine!

If you paid for the ad through paypal you can file a complaint with paypal ...
Not sure if she has policy about posting here in the forum I know a couple other sites do and it is grounds for deleting your account. You would have to read her tos.

I do like this program very much, but I don't think this was the right way to deal with this, April. It's a pity, because this could have been solved so easily !
I do know dvd since quite some time now, and I admit his OP was a bit childish. But this is no slander, he was just angry because he wanted to win some contests and this can't happen when his ads have been set up wrongly.

Oh gosh ... I didnt say that at all.. Someone made the comment about terms so i brought that info here..
I think that the person that started this thread did have a legitate complaint.. I would be mad too .. There is a right way and a wrong way about getting matters resolved...
I do not defend either parties in this matter.. I just came in and stated the facts..
My opinion doesnt really matter.. I do think both parties could have worked this out in a better matter..
Thats my opinion but i could be wrong..

Well, I have worked with police in excess of 5 years and this in NO way would warrant a charge for a threat! There was no threat to cause bodily harm, to injure, to "kill" or to cause mischief in any way...it is not a threat...
This is ridiculous...just shows again to you all how April Gold treats her members with utmost respect...her site is going down, and it's going down fast...too bad she doesn't have a clue on how to run a program...

I asked yesterday what the thread starter was threatening to do and got no reply.
How does Apil know that it isn't another DDOS attack, a worm or a virus?
I am not taking sides, only stating that people should think about what they write.

I got turned in for stalking.
I made one post adressing april this month.... last time I adressed her was in february.
Now if that is stalking, I am at a loss for words.

This is why I am furious, and this is why I am no longer friendly.

OMG...I've read the thread, where you posted, that you and your brother Frank were using the same PC...and I don't know what you've spoken with April in private. Private...hmm, thinking this prob is private...
I don't think, that the MODs here can solve this prob...

Forgot to answer the Frank part.
Frank was only a member of Meco-op.
Its the only part he has ever had in ptr, besides aiding me in making payments to those I owed money while I was away working.
The problem was that he used the exchange forum to join.
He thought that writing his name in the thread was sufficient for others to know that it wasnt me.
Kotafides (the upline) and I had a talk about this and solved it privately.
Sadly this case has nothing to do with the April affair, but still got some attention.
Frank was from then on barred from using my account to make payments.
April tried to use this as an excuse for yet another accusation... That I was multiaccounting (not just two but many) in her program.
After this, I recieved a PM that I should stop my postings in that thread or loose the account I had.
Well I didnt stop posting as you can see from that thread.
I asked her to show IP proof or anything that matched my information in any way.
In the MSN chat where she finally admitted to lying, she started out by saying that some members had usernames similar to mine.
Well... I know at least 6 persons (not related to PTR, but merely a server at which I play online games) that use Buddah in some form as a username. (buddha, buddhist and so forth)
I then asked her about their IPs.. and she told me they were all different.
Fun isnt it... I have fixed IPs. I have two... One for each computer. And they will never change. And I have never used other computers to access accounts.
The Frank incident all ended in me contacting all program in which I was a member, and asked them to check my account, and their database.
I adressed them all that I had been accused of cheating, including multiaccounting.
I got a repsonce from nearly all of them, and all of them told me what I expected.
I neither used false info, had insufficient info, nor were multiaccounting in any program.
What I want to know is how April can have time to come to this forum and read the posts about her site, but yet "claim" she doesn't have time to pay her members because she's so busy sending out ads. Why does she keep sending out the ads (which btw are almost all search ads) but yet neglect to pay her members who are the ones clicking on those ads. I just don't understand the logic in this. I think it's time to start paying the members who have requested payout.

Posting after them all the time, referring to them, following them from thread to thread.

but note what I highlighted.. he wasn't posting as an upset member but as an advertiser... how could his account get deleted for something he was doing as an advertiser.. not as a member...

I dont know why he was deleted or even if he was deleted.. To be honest i have no clue whats going on.. I guess the only one to know would be April..
